Freshpair.com

This was the second time I purchased something from Freshpair. It is a very easy website to navigate and both times I received my merchandise very quickly. What sets the experience apart from others for me is, my merchandise arrives in such beautiful shape - nicely folded and wrapped in layers of tissue paper. It's just like shopping at a quality lingerie store! I've recommended Freshpair to others and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work! Tina Schneider

Despite all items being in stock, order was 'Being Processed' for a week. I emailed them regarding the status, no response. Finally called and they 'fixed' my order, the customer service rep provided no details and said she didn't understand why it was in that state. No apology, no explanation. I emailed them again detailing my experience...no response again. I will never shop here again, horrible customer service.

The order was placed on Feb. 4th and wasn't shipped until Feb. 8th. I received my order on Feb. 21st. Apparently the product was on backorder which I was never informed. This was suppose to have been a Valentine's Day gift. As you can see the purchase arrived 7 days to late.

I haven't received my shipment even after they revised my estimated ship date. Which is already passed and status of the order shows as processing in their system. There should be facility to cancel the order if you cannot support customers 24 x 7. I have no clue how these guys expect customers to wait indefinitely after placing the order. And it is wierd that their stock detail shown on website are not real.. Never gonna click this URL again...

When a product is not in stock , when shipping is due there should be some kind message to the buyer letting us know to change our order. Not just wait until I as the customer call customer service to see why in two weeks my order has not been shipped then have to reorder and wait another week. My experience?

There was only one thing that I was dissatisfied with and that being that I was given the wrong color undergarment even though it was labelled correctly. I kept them because I liked them, but I did place another order for the proper color and im hoping its correct this time

My shopping experience at Freshpair was fabulous, living on the Hawaiian Islands stores are limited when it comes to shopping and when I do shop through email it cost alot to ship. Freshpair makes shopping fun and saves me on purchases and in shipping. Freshpair is the way to go for this Hawaiian Gal. Mahalo

It was the most frustrating experience I have had shopping online. I ordered my products at either the very end of June, or the very beginning of July (can't remember).. A few days after ordering, I received a phone call saying the items were backordered and would be shipped on July 10th... I told them this wasn't a problem...Well, on July 25th, I finally emailed them to find out where my order was. They answered me the next day, telling me that the items were shipping out immediately. I finally received my order on August 3rd. I will never order from them again.

I ordered the product from Canada and was shocked that I had to pay a brokers fee of $29 CDN upon delivery. Also, the toll free number provided by Freshpair on its website and invoice cannot be reached from Ontario, Canada. All in all it was not a pleasant shopping experience as I ended up paying more that I bargained for.

The product was a) what I ordered b) in good condition and c) packaged appropriately. My only problem is that it was sent through USPS (I had free shipping because my order was over $70). It took nearly two weeks for my order to arrive. If I were to order the same product over amazon, with free shipping it would have come within a day or two. The speed of shipping is something Freshpair should consider.

I placed an order online and quickly received a confirmation e-mail for my order. The stated company policy was in-stock items ship withing 24-48 hours of the order. In the event of a backorder, customers are notified within 72 hours of the status. A week after I placed the order, I still hadn't heard anything. I contacted Customer Service and was told my order would ship the next day. Another week went by and I got an e-mail stating my order was shipped. I visited the site and learned it was ready for pick-up by the shipping service, but not shipped. I sent an e-mail to the company describing my dissatisfaction, with no response. My next order went to mensunderwearstore.com!
