I ordered 4 pr. of shorts and was told there was a problem with the manufacturer shipping, and that it would take a month to receive these items, which I still have not received. So I went to Amazon .com and ordered the exact same items and received them in 4 days. Whats up with that???? Amazon uses fresh pair. com. ????

Most orders are shipped through the US postal service so you can not track. Still waiting for my order. This one has taken longer the others. might just be the time of year. Other orders placed have been shipped faster.

Freshpair has it handsdown over any other on line web site for men's underwear, clothing and accessories. Communicaion was great, ALL shipments have been right on time and in perfect order, EVERYTHING to my satisfaction. My ONLY regret is that I'm not a millionaire and can buy EVERYTHING Freshpair offers for sale. And, as if to make matters worse, Freshpair is ALWAYS adding the NEWEST/HOTTEST items to it's line, so it's never-ending! I'm hooked for life!

Good variety, only place I could find grey CK classic briefs. Fairly quick delivery(to Sweden) about two weeks and delivered to my door! Pretty much perfect.

This store is dishonest!  I ordered one bra from them.  I took it out of the box for about 2 seconds to try it on and then put it back to return.  Now a week and a half later I got an email stating they are charging me a restocking fee because it was "soiled".  It is a blatant lie!  I called and the manager was "away from her desk".  I am sure this will be a total nightmare to get someone on the phone but there is no way I am paying 19 bucks to try on a bra for 2 seconds!  DONT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered a half of a dozen pair for myself and girlfriend. Only half arrived, and the rest on back order. One pair was not the right ones, so I sent it back with a written explanation that they sent the wrong ones. I get an e-mail saying they received the returns, and they are charging me$4.75 for damage. What?? I returned the wrong ones they sent me and explained in writing. What don't they understand????
I even had to pay postage to return the wrong item sent. I sent an e-mail telling them to take me off their e-mails an advertizing lists, and to cancel all the back ordered items. I received another e-mail saying they would check into it. I sent one back saying I didn't have much faith in their customer service as they already charged me, and I had to pay to return their mistake, and the other half of my order was on back order. I do not recommend this company to anyone that expects customer service, or that they will get what they ordered. Stay away!!

I am very angry about my shopping experience with Freshpair. Receiving the order, acknowleding returns and return fee price gouging! $37 was deducted from my return order. I will never shop here again! Terrible service, slow delivery, expensive punishment for returns!

I bought four pairs of 2eXist underwear from this site. They got the order right - I got exactly the pairs that I requested but two of the pairs that I received were not wrapped at all in the box. They were delivered "loose" in the brown box. For all I know, someone took them off and threw them in there. I will never, ever, ever use this merchant again.
This is particularly unsatisfying because I am accustomed to buying my underwear at department stores. I am quite accustomed to buying my underwear in a box. Packaged, somehow, you know, so that I am sure I haven't got anyone's "junk" all over my trunks.

Do not order from this company.  They charge a 25% restocking fee on bras that are taken out of their package!  I ordered two different sizes, neither one fit, and was charged almost $19.00 for restocking.  How the heck can you tell if a bra fits if you don't take it out of the packge and try it on?????  The bras I returned were not soiled in any way and were in pristine condition.  I will never order from Freshpair again!

They were very very slow to fill and ship my order. However, I wasn't too concenerned, as I don't expect quick shipment on orders that come with free shipping.

I mistakenly presumed that their returns policy would be similar to Zappos or other large online retailers, but found that Freshpair.com doesn't pay for shipping on returns. I feel that since they sell merchandise that frequently needs to be returned or exchanged for a different size, they should include the pre-paid return labels like many other big-name merchants. I would not hesitate to order from them if they offered this service, but since I will have to pay $$ to have the items returned (they also require you to pay for package tracking/confirmation), I don't think I'll be ordering from them again, as any money I saved has been lost.

If you are thinking about making a purchase from this website, THINK AGAIN. they sent me wrong items but expected me to pay for the return. their customer service is not just horrible but your worst nightmare. and don't be fooled by their cheap prices. there's a reason why. they have old stocks from manufacturers so the quality you see at the store is not what you get from this website. i will never shop here again. it is indeed the worst online store of all. If anyone has said good thing about this company, they must be people from freshpair, clicking their fingers so they have a few positive feedback on epinions. When you see so many bad reviews like this, you gotta wonder,, why!!! do not buy from them. you'll get screwed.

They are the typical scam.  They say my order would arrive in 4-8 days.  Then on the 8th day, magically, USPS indicates "notified by the shipper on December 18, 2008 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date."

Now, it means they will delay my shipment for another week.  Now their excuse will be "it's in the mail".

I feel like an idiot that I didn't check the reviews at Epinions, and the OBVIOUS fake reviews of 5-stars.  They clearly SPAM epions with 5-stars from multiple email accounts.

I have been happy ordering on-line with Freshpair over the years and appreciate their wide assortment of lingerie including many garments in small sizes. In this order, I have had mixed experiences. The body shaper arrived reasonably promptly and fit fine (as expected, since I've had these Wacoal shapers before). The bra that was back-ordered for mid-April is now indefinitely delayed. I'm in no hurry and will wait but am a little disappointed.

I was ordering based on a segment on the Today Show, in which they referred to the bra as the Bra-llelujah - but hers was a front closure support bra... so I actually unknowingly ordered the wrong bra... At the time I ordered it, there was no other option, so I thought they were one in the same. The one I recieved I am not so happy with. However, I LOVE the body suit - it is fabulous and gives me a very nice smooth appearance under clingy clothes.

There was a problem with tracking my shipment - no updates were posted. I received a notice that it had shipped, and a notice that it had been delivered - nothing else. Also, since I had to return the item, it took about 10 days after I verified that the shipment had been received by Freshpair before I received a credit to my card.
