Bad Customer Service Don't Honor Own Prices Listed

I ordered 2 pairs of Kenneth Cole Top Hat Sunglasses from Framesdirect.com because they were on sale for about $76.00. My order went through and when I went to check the status of the order the next day the status read "available, not ordered". Meaning they had the sunglasses there and in-stock but not going to sell them to me for the price they had listed. So I emailed them twice to see what was going on and they never responded. So then I called and they said the price online had been entered incorrectly and they could not sell them to me for that price. Yet that price had been posted for 2 weeks!!!!!! I had been watching for them to go on sale. They did offer to sell them to me for about $124.00 a piece. The customer service is very poor. Prices are not offered as listed. They didn't even bother to respond to my emails or call me to let me know the status of my order. Not very trustworthy people. BEWARE!!!!
