I put my order on 8/10/2008 and havent received it yet. 4 weeks passed, and customer services, meant to be no helpful at all. They are not answering my mails, not giving me a tracking number, but advising me to wait patiently. I dont think I will ever buy from this site again.

I am happy with my experience with this company. Due to my own error, I had to call back to complete the order I originally placed on line because I listed an incorrect exp date for my credit card. I had the pleasure to deal with someone from my native New York. She was quite pleasant and her accent is reminiscent of myself, so I felt right at home. I would say my only dissatisfaction was with trying to reach your company by phone because you close early which is not conducive to CA time.
