They are my only answer to British Sterling. I can not find it in localm stores. It is a product I have used for over twenty years and actually am remembered for "smelling good" by most of my friends. Bless the company who keeps me supplied.

I was not contacted by email when product ordered was not in stock. After I inquired about the non-receipt of my order, I was told that they didn't know when they would have it. I was never contacted about the delay and was charged immediately for the item when I placed the order. I had to request a refund! Totally unacceptable customer service!!!

While the site is organized and functional, it is not very aesthetically pleasing. In addition, not all items had sufficient descriptions that would aid in my puchase decision. However, FrangranceX is the only webiste I use for the purchase of fragrances and other related items.

This was by far the worst service I have ever received from a company.
Let me explain.. I ordered my perfume, got it pretty quickly, just to open it and find that the spray nozzle had obviously been ripped off and put back on. I smelled the perfume and it was NOT THE PERFUME THAT I ORDERED! Someone had obviously attempted to put some knockoff in the bottle and pass it off for what I ordered. I have been wearing the same fragrance for 10 years, I should know.

So I emailed them.. got an auto response that said that they would email me back in ONE DAY. I didn't get a response after a WEEK OF WAITING. So I emailed them AGAIN and finally got a very rude response back saying that it isn't a knockoff and there is nothing they can do.

I am LIVID.

My particular lipstick color was out of stock. I left an online request to have FragranceX.com email me when it was back in stock. They did, and I placed my order immediately. Everything ran very smoothly. I am very happy with my shopping experience with this company, and will order from them again.

My last shopping experience was very displeasing. Neither customer service representative, Victor nor Jasmine-who was a manager, were willing to satisfy me as a customer. I had to file a dispute resolution claim because neither of them came up with a solution to my problem. I had to come up with a suggestion/solution after going back and forth with them over a $5.95 adjustment. This experience has left a very bad impression and I will be hesistant in the future and have told all of my friends of whom I referred to fraganceX, about my latest shopping experience and warned them to beware.

I ordered the product the moment it became available. They let me know it was in stock. I ordered it and waited and waited. No product, no info, no nothing. Finally, several weeks later they sent an email saying they ran out of stock and would need to refund my payment. It was a big pain with no good outcome. Wasted time, wasted effort.

BUYER BEWARE!  This company sells FAKE versions of designer perfumes.  I ordered Versace Blue Jeans and received Versus. The website claims to sell authentic designer fragrances, not imitations or knock offs. What a lie!

Ordered Chanel Egoiste - they sent a fake product! I've used this scent for some 14 years and know the smell, packaging and bottle.

The smell was totally wrong, the writing on bottle was wrong, the "product number" on back of bottle was missing/etched-out. Even the tube inside bottle was too thick.
Customer service no help - want me to return AT MY COST if I'm to get refund. Hardly worth it with cost of shipping back from UK.

I repeat - they sold fake scent. I don't know about the rest of their lines but the Chanel Egoiste is definitely a fake.

I shopped here online once and however both my orders were cancelled due to failure verification of my credit card billing address.
Unfortunately, when I received my credit card statement today, there were 2 transactions charged by FragranceX. Both were the cancelled orders.
The last email I received from the cust service saying that 'your credit card has not been charged'.
I wonder if your store will take responsible for this.

My daughter tried to put me the same orders again using her credit card, and it was also cancelled. How can you make it so hard to place an order? I've got to go thru more than 5 times of placing orders with different card accounts, only the last one went thru!

Fragrancex.com is one of the most unreliable on-line cosmetics shops!

I made a $250 order, and although they made me pay for door-to-door delivery, they used regular post, so my order got lost!

They were extremely unhelpful, did nothing to help me track down the order, and after a while they even stopped replying!

Be aware and never shop from them!
