After having read the other reviews on this page, I just have to say that I have been very pleased with FragranceNet. Living in Norway, Europe it`s extremely good to receive my orders within a week, for prices way below what we pay for perfume here. It is also one of the nicest American online stores; easy to find what you are looking for and just nice to browse around in if you are interested in perfumes and their genealogy. Since I`ve never had any trouble shopping from FragranceNet, I have not been in contact with their customer service.
I would shop here again

They sell you things they don't have in stock. They don't ship out within the 24-48 hours they say they will. Their customer service doesn't respond to emails. And when you call they are completely and totally rude.
 I would not shop here again

I learned that Fragrancenet has no inventory but merely lists fragrances available to them from distributors. Trying to keep up with availability and price changes they update their site twice daily. Nevertheless, the site remains hopelessly incorrect.
I don't like having an e-mail a week after I ordered telling me the item is out of stock or the price has changed. I would not shop here again

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Avoid them!!! After 2 phone calls - no email confirmations sent at all - they finally shipped the wrong item and would not agree to reimburse the shipment cost! Read full review... I would not shop here again
