I added a Halston makeup kit to a Christmas fragrance order. When I received it, the colors were completely different than what was on the website, the nail polishes had been opened and were dried out and the lipstick appeared used. I notified customer service and they said I could send it back at my expense, but they would also charge me a 20% restocking fee. I emailed them back and told them that would mean they would only refund $3 of the $10 that it cost and they never responded. Their customer service is awful and I would never do business with them again.
