Fragrancenet.com offers a huge assortment of fragrances at very competitive prices. Their shipment is prompt and delivery is fast with orders well-packed for transit. Unfortunately, customer service after the sale is almost nonexistent. After several orders, I had a product that developed a problem with the pump spray which was packed as a separate item and which could be used or not.

This pump failed and I contacted Fragrancenet.com to inquire about buying a replacement pump. I did not ask for "free" or any sort of accommodation. I wanted to make a purchase. I received a prompt reply telling me they had a 30-day returns policy. That was it. I wrote back to explain that I was not trying to return anything but simply wanted to buy a spare pump. Fragrance.net would not comment further.

This company is only interested in making a sale and collecting the money. They apparently have zero interest in customer service. I'll be trying out the competition to see how they stack up in this regard but I know from retail experience that items like these little user-installable pumps are handed out to dealers by the manufacturers for free to give away to customers. I was offering to buy one and could not get the attention of Fragrancenet.com
