i havent had any problems ordering from this site. ordered from them back in 2004 and have ever since. the prices are great and the shipping is quick

I ordered 12 items on 7/14/2009. Items shipped the next day and I received on 7/18/2009 at 9:30Am! FREE SHIPPING!
The items were all the lowest price offered I found searching the web, and about 60% less than at Walgreens {the only retail store I could find what I wanted}.
I also had contact with Customer Service, and had no problems.

Fragrance Hut is wonderful.  This is the second time that I've ordered from them.  Both times, my shipping information was sent to me within one (1) day, and my order received within the next two days.  Their prices are great and my items arrived in just absolutely perfect condition.  I'm very happy to have found them.

after finding vera wang for $80 in a department store I wanted to save money by checking online. found fragrance hut at google with the same perfume for only $49.99 I thought it was too goof to be true but took a chance anyway. boy was I happy I did. see exact fragrance but I save almost $30 off the bottle.

I went to Macy's and the thing was pretty expensive. I heard about Fragrance Hut and bought it there. Put it in one of those gift bags and she loved. Everyone loved except for the old man (my dad). I was happy with the selection as well as the service I got a Fragrance Hut. I highly recommend it.

Fragrance Hut was quick to accept my order and payment for two products, however, after several months I have received only one (the cheaper item) and my enquiries about the second item go unanswered. I am extremely disappointed and puzzled that a company can continue to operate with such a poor attitude to their customers, who rightly expect to receive something in return for their payment! Their refusal to acknowledge my enquiries is extremely rude and arrogant. I have previously ordered products from various companies over the internet, but Fragrance Hut is without doubt the worst experience I have ever had. It appears I have lost a large amount of money as a result of attempting to do business with them. I am totally dissatisfied.

I ordered two items on December 18,2006. I paid for two day air delivery, the amount was taken from my account, but no shipping confirmation is yet to be received. The only confirmation I received was for an innaccurate amount, only ONE item, and for ground shipping! The other must me back ordered, but I was not notified, and why the shipping alteration?!?! I have written two emails that have not been responded to as of yet, and the phone number that information has with the company goes straight to voicemail. These people don't want customers contacting them for a reason! A few days before Christmas and I can't get my money back, or get my product. I also don't have a tracking number to track the shipment to even determine if the one item will arrive on time. Never again will I deal with this company!

I have been ordering from this company for 3 years now and so have people I know. I saw a couple negative reviews and I honestly don't know what the problem the people had or if they are just difficult people. Anyway I get all my workers to place orders now and then and never had any problems with Fragrance Hut. They are wonderful people as well and help with advice anytime I ask.

I purchased Ralph Lauren's Lauren style perfume and on this site it said that the shipping was free...well I went to the site and purchased it and after I paid for it this 5.95 shipping charge came up and was added to my order and it said I didn't have over 65.00 to get free shipping....well nothing on their site stated that I need to purchase 65.00 to get free shipping....not happy!!!!!!

Product was received in good condition. However it was not shipped until 8 days after placing the order. This is quite a bit slower than other websites I have ordered from. If the product is not in stock, an E-mail would be appreciated. Thank you

The product was puchased as a gift and sent direct to recipient. It was,however,not in Lanvin packaging.This was not stated on the sales page unlike other sites.I would not have purchased had I known.

I got a great product at a great price. I only wish that I had found this site before Christmas. Shipping fees are fair not over priced and I received my very promptly. I would recommend Fragrance Hut.

I buy alot online, and feel my experience with the Fragrance Hut is similar to any other. It was not poor nor exceptionally good. I would go back if I needed more perfume and they had a good offer. I would not say I'm particularly loyal to them though.

Minus: I did not receive any shipping notification and was concerned because my credit card was charged but I had no idea if the item was sent. I received the item about 10 days after I placed the order. The site said it ships usually withing a day or two. Apparently the original shipment was damaged but I had no idea about that. Plus: Prices were good. I received an immediate answer (within minutes!) when I wrote to the vendor. They explained why my order was late. They did try to make up for the lost time by sending it faster without an additional charge. One of the few fragrance vendors that carry the item I wanted at a very good price.
