Wonderful selection but horrible experience. I bought a wallet that came smelling like cheap shoe polish (which has never gone away). I saw two bags I really wanted a few weeks ago and ordered them. I have yet to receive either one of the bags. I have called and called and left message after message. I have left them several e-mails and not once has anyone had the decency to respond (and it's been a week yet they tell you they will get back to you in 24-48 hours)! On top of that there was a problem with Fed Ex losing my package and they needed to speak to the shipper (Fractionprice). Even they were shocked when nobody ever got back to them. Yeah they sell everything at a fraction of the price and offer your service the same way. I will never buy from them again. I will contact my bank to issue a reverse charge.

I love the purse, I just hope I can use it. It came with a very bad smell. It is a chemical smell and I could not stand to carry it. I have it airing out and hanging in the sunshine in hopes that it will stop the oder. I will not order any more purses from this company for fear they would be the same way.

The delivery was exceptionally fast! My purse was exaclty like the online picture; however, the ring I ordered was not the quality I expected. It was scratched and dinged and one of the diamonds fell out the 2nd day I wore it. Otherwise, this is a great site for purses.

The purse I ordered was too big for me & so I wanted to return it but to do this you have to send an email to get permission (rma#) to return the item then I was informed I had to pay to return the merchandise which cost me 15.75 and that fractionPrice.com will still take out 9.99 for shipping out of my refund. No savings at all and I will never order from you again.

I found an ad in a magazine, Us, if I remember correctly. I love to shop for bargains on the internet and immediately tried out the site. Loved the products! If I have never shopped a site, but want to, I make a clearance purchase to "test" the site. Easy shopping, quick shipping, and a great product too! I'll be back!

The website was easy to navigate. Delivery was quick. Unfortunately, the quality of the item was not so great. I do not anticipate my purse to last very long as the material are very cheap. I do shop at another "knock-off" online store for purses and their quality is MUCH better the prices are even lower. However, fraction price had more styles that I personally like...but what is the point of buying something that won't last very long? THANKS!

The website was very easy to move around on. Prices were very clear. The website told me immediately i qualified for a free product and what to choice from. The photo were very realistic of the product. I did think the wallet had a little more room. I would like to see inside pictures of the purses or wallets to get a better idea of the room they have. My receipt is easy to read with a direct link to the return website address if needed. I had never heard of this place before shopping here. I will definitely go back to it. I also sent this website to my mom and my aunt.
