I received two pairs of sunglasses which I absolutely love. I also got a purse, which arrived damaged and now I have to send it back. It was very poorly made. I contacted the company via email, with questions about replacement, or possible repairs. I received an email from them the next day. I was happy with the quick response, however, I was not satisfied with the response. Questions that I had asked were not answered. It was some standardized email that I suppose is sent to everyone with repair questions. It made me feel like I didn't matter to the company... like they didn't need to answer my questions. I was very disappointed.

The handbag although nice was not properly made a zipper on top of the bag was of no use and just added an unnecessary look. It took away from the bags looks which is nice I would have ordered another color if it weren't for the zipper. The glasses are great
