took two weeks to receive a product that was in stock. i don't know if that is their normal turnaround but i thought it took too long to receive. also, the purse is nice enough but i think it is overpriced and shipping costs were ridiculous. they had free shipping if you spent $75 or more but there just wasn't anything else i wanted to purchase at the time so it cost $9.95 to ship one purse. as far as i'm concerned, that drives up the cost of the one item i wanted to order from $49.95 (which i still think is too much) to $58.95. so basically, even if i was willing to pay approx. $50 for the quality of purse i purchased - the extra $10 shipping would keep me from ordering from this vendor again.

I was sceptacle about the reviews listed on their site at first, but I figured I would give it a chance. And they out did themselve's above and beyond my expectations. Shipping was amazing, as I received my order in two days (which I had read about in a review, and thought, yeah, right?). But it's true. The sunglasses that I ordered didn't work out, but I have returned them in exchange for another pair, so I will see how that goes, but all and all it was a great experience, and I will continue to do business here, and I will highly recommend them to anyone. i ordered a flat iron (Barbar) from Fraction Price...waited weeks for it..wrote an e mail inquiring what happenned & where was it and received a reply stating it was"being held at the P.O." for some reason & they were looking into it..another week or 2 went by and i wrote them that i was cancelling the order ,as i never received it...about 4-5 days later i received it and it did not work as advertised....i wrote an e mail & replied that it was on its way back & i expect a full credit on my credit card...i received a reply stating that the product worked exactly as advertised and if i was not happy to return& i would receive credit for it minus the shipping charges...the following day i received another e mail stating there have been many customers with the same complaints and they would send a full credit..(i have not received my statement yet to see if they have honored the credit)...I will never use fraction price again...sally porter

I've orderd from you before which is why I came back this order the purse was wrong and a pair of glasses camed damaged. also the glasses in the photoof the person wearing them on the other two pair were round and mine where square but I have put in my request for my RMA number to exchange 2 of the items for another shot at buying the smaller hand bag I wanted and am awaiting my RMA # to do so. I DON;T KNOW ABOUT THE OVERALL MERCHANDISE, BUT THE BAG I RECIEVED WAS POOR QUALITY. THE GOLD PIECE AT THE END OF THE ZIPPER FELL OFF AND THE ZIPPER WAS NO GOOD AFTER THAT. I JUST EXPECTED SOMETHING BETTER.

There return or exchange program was horrid. I thought if I spent as much as I did on my order that I would be treated a little nicer. They will NOT exchange - even for merchandise of the same cost. This is unnacceptable! I do NOT reccommend them to anyone! And sunglasses look better at your local discount store.

I am a frequent online shopper and by far fractionprice.com has been the worse company to purchase from. They have a poor tracking system and you can not speak with customer service rep which is ridiculous. I am a very disappointed customer.

The handbag I ordered was listed as "out of stock" and expected to be available on Jan. 11. The item became available before the expected date, they shipped it right away and I received it on Jan. 10.
