Fox Creek

We have ordered from Fox Creek several times in the past. Both my husband and I have jackets and chaps from Fox Creek and recommend Fox Creek to our friends because of their excellent quality and customer service. I am currently getting ready to order vests for my husband and I. I wouldn't even consider ordering quality leather motorcycle clothing from any other vendor.

I made only to purchases, so I dont have the big experience to say yes or no. But there is a minus with the sendings - it is only "express" to choose from, and this makes it very expencive for international customers. I live in Norway and I dont need to have any purchases on a particular day. And a mailinform or tel - I did not have any of theese - strange question without any options. I dont know if there is a difference between UPS and FoxCreek. Th Myrseth, Molde, Norway.

Luggage was more then I exspected but the gloves had some loose stitching along the outter side of the right glove about a half an inch long.

The jacket is excellent. The included liner, however, was extremely small. Returned the original and a new larger liner was supplied. It all fits great now. Telephone contact was adequate but not great. Love the jacket after these minor adjustments.

I was impressed at the speed of delivery of my order. Basically they emailed me one day to say they had dispatched my wet weather suit and the next day/ second day it was here! The only negative I can mention was that I felt the size was smaller than anticipated. So I will have to wait to fit the suit, which is a little disappointing.

Fabulous service, excellent quality. Recommendation from their site for Montana Pitch Blend? Equally good service. There's another leather conditioning product Fox Creek suggests, but do not endorse... I've been waiting for over 2 and a half months, now... Postage from Fox Creek is fine, and also from Montana. So... no reason it hsould be any different really, apart from slackness. I would highly both Recommend Fox Creek and Montana Pitch Blend for quality and service. For legal reasons, best I not mention the other product manufacturer... besides which, postage from them could just be slow...

I recently bought a Classic I jacket from Fox Creek Leathers. The initial order arrived on the date I was given. Upon inspecting the jacket I found a defect in the leather and immediately emailed Scarlett and told her that I would be returning it. Fox Creek sent the replacement as soon as I notified them that I was not happy with the initial order and they did it with no questions asked. The replacement arrived on the delivery date I was given and the product is exceptional. I am impressed with the materials and workmanship and the overall quality of the garment. During the whole process I was able to get in touch with Scarlett at any time via e-mail. Talk about great customer service! I am completely satisfied with their product and service in spite of the temporary disappointment and delay. I will definitely be ordering more leather from Fox Creek!

This is the third riding jacket I have purchased from Fox Creek. I have 2 for myself and this one was a Christmas gift for my wife. In addition, I have purchased 2 vests, a pair of gloves and assorted leather conditioners in the past. Fox Creek has the absolute best products money can buy. It has been a true pleasure to order from Fox Creek Leather. I purchased a leather zippered vest and a "Black Rock" jacket. When I placed the order around 5:30 PM I was really surprised to see that it had shipped the same night and arrived here in Orlando 2 days later via UPS Ground. The exchange for a larger size jacket was absolutely painless and equally fast. Customer service was fantastic and picked up the phone at the first ring. The new jacket arrived 2 days later.
