I just received my black bomber jacket which had to be custom sized for me, and it's perfect!!! The leather is the nicest I've ever seen on a jacket of this type, and the sizing is just right. The quality of this jacket is better than any other jackets I looked at; Harley jackets included, and the price is better than any I looked at that had any quality to them. The leather is very thick and supple. The customer service people at Fox Creek were very helpful with getting the right size jacket and getting the hardware on the jacket that I wanted. It was a special order jacket that is exactly what I was looking for, and best of all it was made in the USA! It's not easy to find leather products made in the USA, and I found Fox Creek Leather from an Internet search.

I can be a hard customer to please especially when spending $400 on a custom leather jacket but with friendly, knowledgeable staff both on the phone and via e-mail, free shipping and a lifetime guarantee, Fox Creek customer service far exceeded even my expectations. My jacket fits so well and looks so good I should be in a commercial! This is one sturdy jacket, yet the hefty leather is butter soft to the touch. I'd say I'll be buying my next jacket from Fox Creek, but I don't think I'll be needing one for quite some time! I will however be recommending Fox Creek to anyone who stands still long enough to listen.

I ordered my vest and received an e-mail that it was on a short back order and they would be receiving some more shortly. I waited for a week and then e-mailed to find out how much longer...they promply replyed with 3 to 4 weeks. 3to 4 weeks????i thought they made their products??? I was a little un happy with the long backorder but i think it will be worth the wait.

Although the gloves arrived on time and very well packaged, they were not leather and they smelled HORRIBLE! I called them and told them my concerns, they assured me they were cowhide and were imported. If it was cowhide, they must have tanned the leather in a vinyl factory. They smelled liked a combination of burnt plastic and vinyl. The feel wasn't of leather either. The gloves were poor quality and way overpriced. They did take the return with no questions and credit my credit card pretty fast.

I had recently bought a jacket from another online store for myself, and decided to try Fox Creek for my wife's jacket. I have to say that I'm jealous of her jacket. I plan on buying another one for me from Fox Creek. The quality of the product can not be beat and the price is a real value considering the quality. Easy ordering online. More sizing info - specifically length of body and sleeves would have helped me pick my size, I usually wear a tall. Returned the 1st jacket for a larger one - everything went very smoothly. I like the USA logo buttons on the jacket, they are much better looking than just plain brass.

The guys at Fox Creek were great. I haven't received my order yet but I don't know why. It could be something to do with imports or the British postal system, so it is unfair at this stage to criticise Fox Creek.
