Excellent service. Had to return the initial purchase because it was too small and the replacement was sent out on the "honor system" so I simply had to ship the original back without having to do the whole "round trip" exchange. Recieved my Classic Jacket#2 the 1st week of Fall. It gets chilly in Northern Nevada in the Fall. My new jacket is all I hoped it would be. Heavy, well made, and good looking. My chaps should be here in about 4 weeks.(they where out of stock) I'm sure the quality of the chaps will be as high as my new jacket. With my new leathers, I'm sure I'll still be riding into late fall, and possibly into winter.

except for not being sure what the yoke was on the saddlebags your discriptions and photos of each product make it very easy to decide which one to order. the bags are very well made and exactly as advertised.you wouldn`t believe the poor quality that`s on the market. i was very pleased.the deluxe trunkbag and a couple of the leather rollbags are next. thanks a bunch guys.

The people are great; customer service actually went and measured their gloves, then called me back when I called to say the fingers were too short on mine. The gloves, not so much. They are made of excellent leather, but they are cut exactly like work gloves, not like riding gloves. (I own a pair of work gloves cut the same way.) They are cut to lie flat rather than curl; the palms bunch up when I grab the handlebars. There's a seam between the palm and the base of the two middle fingers. The elastic at the wrist is too loose.

As sent on a previous E mail. To all at Fox Creek Leathers, I have just received my classic 1 jacket here in Great Britain. (Due to the goverment & her majesty's customs & excise) who have now made me pay import duty of $127.97, I would still like you to know that the jacket is still of excellent quality & value for money. I have checked the jacket and would like you to know that: The quality of the leather is superb, the stitching is excellent, and it is the most comfortable jacket I have ever purchased. One of my reasons for purchasing this jacket is because of the zipped vents. I did have a jacket previously ( Harley Davidson) which had 2 zipped vents and costing almost double the price of your product and although we do not tend to have regular warm weather in this country, on the days & weeks that the sun does shine, a vented jacket is invaluable. Now that I have a new jacket with 6 zipped vents, all placed in the most crucial areas, I am now waiting for the sun to start shining, so that I can still cruise with my leather on, feel cool, look cool and laugh at the other bikers who are suffering form heat exhaustion. Can not believe the quality for the price, (and it is made in the good ole USA) I'll be a customer for life. I have been planning on a new jacket for myself and my wife, now I know where to get the best possable leathers. I have been riding Harley's for more than 30 years, and the service along with the quality are the best I remember seeing anywhere. I was sent a e-mail as soon as they got my order and was told it would be the middle of the week before my order would be shipped.
