Having read lots of reviews about fox creek, i was expecting an out of this world shopping experience. In fact the result was nothing out of the ordenery. This is the danger for a company thats over sell it self. Fox Creek does this with too many over the top testimonials. Always best to under sell your self but deliver far more. I did have the feeling that the staff some times didn't realy give a dam. Product good (jacket) wallet just too small interm of when you put bank cards in it you can't close it. not enough play, so you crush all inside.

My transaction went smoothly and the merchandise was delivered on time. I am most impressed with the quality of both these leather jackets. Although beautiful to look at, these are not casual street leathers. They are motorcycle leathers made of very heavy hides. The shoulders and elbows are double layered, but put together in a way that makes them comfortable and flexible. They run very true to size. I am tall and glad I ordered a long. My wife is a small and the small jacket was a perfect fit. All hardware like zippers buckles and snaps, and all stitching is of the highest quality. This jacket is by far the nicest piece of clothing I have ever owned. I own 2 other vented Cordura motorcycle jackets. I live in Florida and ride all year round, in temperatures well into the 90's. I would choose this jacket on all but the hottest days, and only because of its weight. The venting works as well as my lighter mesh jackets, but the leather does not heat through like the thinner Cordura when stopped at a light. I am completely satisfied with this purchase and believe the pricing is a bargain.

I did not receive a confermation email that the product was shipped. I waited two days and sent a note. The follow-up showed the shipment was to arrive the same day I sent my note. Quick shipping, just a small oversight on sending the notice. Very good product

I ordered from their web site,My gloves were as discribed and were used at 35 deg. temp on a bike ride @ 60 to 90 mph jumps for 125 miles. stoping only once during the ride to have a cup of joe. I am very pleased and nearly forgot just how cold it realy was untill I got home,,legs were cold,, I may order another pair just to have them,,,Thank You Randall Great Falls MT

I had a great shopping experience. I found exactly what I was looking for and the information I needed in order to make a wise purchase was listed on the website. The only thing that I would say had me slightly dissapointed, was that the product I purchased, did not come with any instruction manual or product information manual. I really felt that it would've been key to have a manual to guide me along proper merchandise care/ instillation/ and all product information.

From my first contact over a year ago, I was encouraged to know that this company was a family run business with integrity and trust. Communication with the team there in VA has always been awesome. Correspondence is from a real live human - not a computer generated standard reply. Secondly, although this may not seem to be a big issue, when I read their statement on "made in USA" I was hooked. Off-shore, even Canadians are getting tired of it. Well done FC team!!

My shopping experience was ok. I do have to say I am very disappointed in that the merchandise is backordered. It is the Christmas season and fox creek is out of stock of a very common size jacket! Not only is it backordred, it's back ordered 6 weeks! I won't recieve merchandise, purchased for a Christmas present, until the middle of January, maybe. If there is ever a period of time not to be out of stock of your merchandise, Christmas is it! Somebody dropped the ball! The gift announcement sent in place of the merchandise id cheesy at best. So shopping for the jacket was fine, no problems. Receiving the merchandise sucks, -5 on a scale of 0 - 10.
