The "Commander" jacket arrived on time. It fit like a glove, and much like the last jacket I bought at Fox Creek, it is of superb quality. The website is easy to use, and the images are excellent. My last purchase from Fox Creek was over 4 years ago. That jacket is also still in excellent condition, and has served me quite well. Thanks for having a great product!

Excellent product. I thought it was too small when I tried it on in the house, but it's perfect for ridding. The ventilation really does an outstanding job, very comfortable to wear. All the fasteners are top notch and they work perfectly, the cut of the coat is just right for wrapping under your neck when it's cooler out. I don't know what I think of the liner yet, it seems not worth putting in it's so thin??? I would have liked polar fleece better, I may have one made for me. It is well worth the price, looks good, feels comfortable, heavy duty leather for protection. I don't think I will out live it, my kids will still have it after I can't ride any more. I had to send the jacket back because I ordered the wrong size. When I called customer service to see what I needed to do to return it I talked to Rachel. She was by far the best I have talked to. Se was extremly helpful, and walked me through the process of ordering the right size, and hw to send the other jacket back. I will definately tell anyone who wants to know where to buy an excellent product to check out Fox Creek. The jacket is everythng they say and much more. The quality is the buy far the best I have ever bought.

The medium Deer Tour gloves were out of stock and there was a week or two delay in shipping. FC contacted me about this, and all proceeded as well as could be expected. Love the gloves. I would only downgrade them because they are so close to perfect it sort of emphasizes minor deficiencies - pinkies could be a tad longer, inner seam bothers left pinky with tightly clenched fist.

I ordered a second vest in a size 42 which appeared to run small. I already have a size 42 which fits fine. The side laces in the second vest were too short to permit expansion. Fox Creek sent out a size 44 vest "on the honor system", i.e., without waiting to receive back the too-small size 42. I would only suggest that vests with side laces should come with longer laces. Those of us who ride with "colors" expand the sides in the winter so we can wear our vests over our Fox Creek leather jackets to display our affiliation(s).

I was looking for a wallet that was Made in the USA and Fox Creek Leather had the style, color and price I was looking for. A call to their excellent customer service was needed when trying to use Paypal as the site didn't have a Field or Message box to include the account # so I gave the credit card info to the lady I spoke with. The quality of the wallet is excellent and they included instructions on the care of it. I found this company using AltaVista.com, my search engine of choice. Highly recommend for quality and price.

Unfortunately, neither the jacket I ordered nor a replacement sent to me by Fox Creek fit correctly. The measurements I made and the chart on their website with corresponding sizes don't seem to yield a jacket that fits me. I presume that most of their orders go through without this much trouble, otherwise they would have revised their sizing chart by now. In any event, I'm going to shop elsewhere for a jacket. Perhaps the Web isn't the best place to buy personal items such as clothing.
