 I would not shop here again

I ordered a gift certificate online. I was given the choice of free two day shipping. When I didn't receive the order in two days, I contacted customer service. The phone was busy for two days. When I finally got someone, they told me that it takes 5-7 business days to ship a simple gift certificate. They don't even tell you when it's been shipped. I'm not sure I'll get this in time for the holidays.

No shipping confirmation letter
had to email to find out what was going on, was told I needed to call them with more info-my address and phone, etc, which I filled out at the time of order. Called 800 number, on hold 10 minutes, hung up on, on hold again for many minutes, gave up, emailed to ask what other info was needed. So, cancelled order accordingly. I've been shopping online for a long time, and I've never had this much trouble trying to buy something. BOOHISS, Fossil website.

terrible customer service, wasn't notified of out of stock item, holiday weekend unable to communicate with company. Website still (4 days later) doesn't make note that item is out of stock. was given gaurenteed overnight free delivery of item, yet never notified that same day it wasn't possible.

Their customer service sucks. They promise free next day shipping and then ship out the wrong items and then send me an email 2 days later saying one item was out of stock and not shipped. Losers
