Even though this was shipped from Italy, I received the items very quickly - in fact, more quickly that some orders I've placed with shipping within the U.S. They were packaged beautifully also. The jewelry is of excellent quality, and I'm very pleased with what I ordered and with the shopping experience itself.

I find the web site not consumer friendly. To find scarves I have to go to many differnt categories, ie "midnite, dressup","trends" etc. -also, why categorize them by fabric and not shape? dressup, or casual? Also, one peice of merchandise is damaged but not all- you leave no room for that on this survey

I did receive an Email from the President of Forzieri with an apology that one order will commence on 01/09/2008. The orders are still in processing dated 12/16/2007, 12/20/2007, and 12/20/2007. I;m not pleased with the statement noting orders will ship when all are finished processing. When all orders were placed, they were available.

Shopping was good; organizing the delivery with the carrier not. They only try to deliver the order three times during the working hours and then return it to sender. They can't give you any more specific delivery window and I can't possibly sit home whole day and wait for the package to arrive since I work fulltime. Also it's not possible for me to receive these packages at work. Therefore I will not shop in Forzieri again.

I ordered a watch from this website. I was told I'll receive it by 48h, and I got it after 6 days. The watch itself is quite nice, but there is a (small) defect with the second hand, so I was hoping for better quality.
What was really unexpected was the fact that I had to pay about 6$ to UPS at the door, when it was clearly stated that there are no fees to be paid at the time of delivery. I've contacted forzieri.com, they haven't answered back, yet.
It's not the best of the best, but I may shop there again, the watch is quite nice!!

I was hesitant to order on line. I purchased a leather tie case for my employer for Christmas. It arrived quickly. Because of my employer's travel schedule, I have not given it to him yet, so I can not give you his reaction. I am sure it will be favorable, because he wanted such a case. Hello, I think whoever sends the shoes should checked them out for flaws or scratches before they send them. My shoes are beautiful, but they looked like they have been worn. I paid alot of money for them and I think they should look like I did. You can tell that they are made of good leather, but they should arrive in good condition, or mention that they have been used as a demo or something with a much reduced price due to imperfections.
