Wonderful. I was impressed with the excellent selection of products that are difficult to find elsewhere. I was also impressed with not only the quality of the product, but the price as well. My only suggestion would be to offer more than one option for shipping, as UPS Express is quite expensive (almost half the cost of the product purchased). Overall, I was definitely pleased with the products. I was anticipating receiving the items on-time as they were to be gifts. There is misleading wording for each product about shipping time. I made a point to select items that state "usually ships in 24 hours" but one of my items actually was actually out-of-stock and I had to call to see why I never got an order confirmation. Although Forzieri cover themselves by using the word "usually", I wish they would have been proactive about calling me in a timely fashion as I ended up calling and making a color change for an item that WAS in-stock but it wasn't in enough time to get my order when I anticipated. Other than that disappoinment, they have great products.

Forziere provided good clear pictures of the products with accurate descriptions. delivery was slightly longer than expected, but when I questioned your team they answered immediately. All in all, a very professional organisation to deal with.

The only thing that I hadn't anticipated is that when I had ordered something gift wrapped, there should be some sort of warning that U.S. Customs might tear the gift wrap off. I had ordered gift-wrapped items before from this merchant and that hadn't happened, but this time it did. Just random, I guess, but I would not pay for gift wrapping in the future knowing that it might be torn off before it arrived.
