The shirt and bracelet arrived in good condition. The belt arrived scratched and gouged. I returned the belt at Forzieri's insistence-AT MY OWN EXPENSE over a week ago and have heard nothing. I still have no belt. Forzieri insists that the belt was damaged in shipping. I paid over $89 for a belt (damaged) that I could have purchased in Piazza San Lorenzo for 25 euro. This is the second leather item I have purchased from Forzieri that was of inferior quality or damaged. I will not shop at Forzieri again.  I would not shop here again	Overall Rating:

I selected Forzieri as one of my AMEX reward redemptions. I had forgotten all about it until I was looking at old information and thought I had missed the cut off date. I guess I didn't or they acknowledged the reward certificate anyway. I like the product and have received compliments on it so far.
