Excellent quality of products, friendly and competent service. The shop is not so good at informing the customer about unexpected delays but do respond to enquiries and keep you informed from your initial contact on. One of the best online shops I have come across.

I ordered the end of October and constant delays - web site indicated processing - i had to contact to find out the delay and was promised twice that they would be shipped out the following week i requested compensation for the delay -still havent heard back from them

I have E-Rewards, so I have an advantage in shopping with Forzieri. Still, the products are fine, especially the men's jewelry. The web site is a bit clumsy--why do I have to go to jewelry rather than access it through "men"? The customer service hours are a bit daunting, though I understand you are trying to make it convenient for all time zones without going to 24 hours. Michael H. Margolin

don't like the "quick " look feautre, when you put the mouse over the item , the item disappears. Alo, do not like the packaging- gloves and ties and scarves that I have bought all are folded over and wrinkeled. however, I love the merchandise. Please, larger packages and boxes, they should fit the item. thank you mm

I ordered a watch and was not working, I asked for RMA and been told to wait 4 to 6 weeks to get a RMA , in the forzieri web sites is saying easy return

I wouldn't recommend this website for anyone who is buying a gift, or needs the item by a certain date.  They just can't deliver.

I placed an order for a ring on this website for my girlfriends birthday a month before i needed it.  The website said the ring was in stock, and was shipping with a 2-day delivery time.  4 days later, the item had not shipped, so I called the company.  I found out that the ring was out of stock (contrary to what the website said), and it would be 2 months before it would be back in stock.  I was annoyed that I had to call to find this out.  After waiting another 6 weeks, I received an e-mail telling me the item was discontinued.  I had given my girlfriend a picture of the ring on her birthday, and weeks later, got to tell her that it wasn't coming.  Forzieri sure knows how to make a birthday special.

A week ago I made the fourth order at Forzieri (order number 8464607) and I didn't receive it until now! (I don't know what's happening with my order). The rest of the orders (three) arrived at time, in perfect conditions and the persons from costumer service were prompt and kind.

My beautiful leather wallet arrived before I really expected it, which is an unusual, but pleasant surprise. I am extremely pleased with Forzieri, and hope to purchase again from them in the future. Incidentally, the wallet was exquisitely wrapped, and looked very elegant.

This shopping was no bug problem though, I had tried to purchage the bag but I could not simply because the screen did not proceed as I try to purchase. So I sent teh e-mail to look into the problem but the response was way too long and they say noproblem with the system. CAn't imagine because I am the one who had proble but their response is ony that words. I had purchased the exact same bag here in Japan although this marchant is cheper than here but much better secure shopping here.

The products that this merchant offer are really good. The gift was deliverd in good conditions. Still, I sent them three mails asking them some information about the delivery and they never answered me.

I made my order on 6/9/2009, it was expected to be shipped on 6/11/2009 but it was shipped on 6/25/2009. 16 days is to much time to wait, and the customer service did not answer my mail. I am happy for the product, but the shopping experience was very poor. That has to be better if I have to shop there again.

All I can say is WOW. I have never been so happy with an online retailer before (and I have shopped at many online retailers!). The product was much nicer in person than online and it was beautifully wrapped as well. The shipping boxes and small details made this purchase much more special. A friend ordered this product for my husband as a surprise wedding anniversary present for me and the parcel arrived on the anniversary date even with very late notice to Australia. Our friend along with us will not hesitate from ordering from Forzieri online again.

I have made an order for an item more than two weeks ago, and at the moment I am still waiting to receive the item.

I sent  2 emails to Forzieri, and again I received no answer.

After the email experience, I made several phone calls to customer service; on one occasion they said that they will look in to it and they will contact me in less than 24 hrs...of course I was never contacted. On my other two phone calls they said that the item will be shipped the next day, but that again, never happened.

To sum it up, Forzieri are a completely unprofessional company, the provided customer service is absolutely horrible. The individuals that I spoke to over the phone were poorly trained, and were in no way prepared to answer or solve my problems.
I guess that the only positive thing that I can say is that they don’t take your money until the item has been shipped, which of course happens to be my case. This offers money the chance to cancel my order and save myself from any other inconvenient.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH FORZIERI.

Overall a good experience. The only negative comment I have is that they do not reply to email. I had a quey about shipping and had emailed my concern and have yet to get a reply. With that been said the shipping query I had was fixed but it would have been polite to have responded to my email rather than just fixing the problem behind the scenes and no comminication.

Everythiing was great except I received two confirmations with two differnt numbers. I was afriad that I might be charged twice and shipped a double order. I e-mailed customer service and they never responded. While I did not receive two orders it would have been nice to hear from someone just to ease my mind.
