Formal-Invitations.com had the largest selection of charm invitations that I found on the internet. However, when I wanted to view the charm on an invitation to see what it looked like I was not able to do so. It was easy to order on the website.

The order form online was messed up so it appeared that I had placed 2 orders for the same thing. Luckily only one order came and we were only billed for one. I sent an email, but received no response about the problem that I was having ordering. The invitaions look great that came. They came within 4 days.

I ordered glue dots. About 20 of them were stuck all over the inside of the box. I also ordered some cut cardstock (rectangles shape) for the back of cards. The one stack of red ones were bent- a lot! The green had two or three sheets folded over. I have ordered from this company before and loved what I got and the condition it came in was great. THis time I was very unhappy.

I will never shop with this merchant again, and would retract my order if I could. I have received no contact from the merchant (no idea whether the product has shipped, nor any response to emails and voicemails). Incredibly poor customer service, especially considering that the product ordered is intended for invitations that have a short deadline.

I am VERY happy :-). The cardstock was exactly what I'd been looking for, was exactly the color it seemed to be on the webpage (which I'd worried about), and even came with a paper template for making my invitations. I got EXACTLY what I was looking for with no hassle and paid less for it than other places were charging for what would have been a compromise for me. Best of all, there was No Unnecessary Packaging Materials! I would definitely recommend formal invitations to anyone looking for products that are environmentally reponsible, user-friendly and truly affordable, even for someone with an income as low as mine Out of 10, I give them an 11 :-)

Excellent paper stock, and the punch gets the job done, but I was disappointed that after paying a hefty shipping charge for second day air, the package arrived a day later than UPS promised in their shipping notification.

Very disappointed. Paid extra for 2nd Day Air delivery, and ten days later still have not received product. Starting to get worried that I've been ripped off.

Excellent communication and fast delivery. My only constructive criticism would be that I was not aware of the wording that would be on the pre-printed reply cards. It did not fit my needs (as it mentioned a "reception" and my event does not have one). Knowing this wording up front would have been helpful. Great experience overall! Would purchase from again!

I did have some trouble with customer service, mostly prior to my order. No one ever answered the phone or returned my messages left before my order. It wasn't until after I went ahead and ordered that I decided to try to email a question. That method got me farther, but was inconvenient. My main suggestion is to improve phone service.
