This has got to be one of the worst sites ever, They screwed up my order and took $5.00 off my refund to cover shipping and handling, when it only cost me $1.50 to return, I believe you should get the shipping and handling back if it is their fault, this place is a joke and the product I did receive was poorly made and falling apart so I would not of kept it anyway, cheaply made, very disappointed. It was packed poorly, the hat was not in a bag or sealed just loose in a box, it had scuffmarks all over it from bouncing around in the box during shipping. They do not specify clear enough on the sizes or colors of the merchandise and then they send you the wrong product what a rip off, I received a youth size when I wanted an adult size and the youth size did not even fit any of our kids, are their heads that big? Poorly made cheap junk, now I am out $6.50 with no product when it was their fault in the first place, steer clear of this place unless you want to be ripped of, just get six bucks and flush it down your toilet, at least you will save yourself the time and the hassle.
