Very good company to order from. It was free shipping and it was very fast. With other companies usually free shipping takes a couple of weeks but it got here in less than a week from the order date. The products I purchased were awesome. I love them. They came just as described and are quality products for less than half of what I have paid for Hot Tools products at a salon. I have shopped at Folica for quite some time, and it has always been a pleasure and the products have always lived up to their name. However, this particular product had to be returned. The $115.00 Sedu Flat Iron DID NOT work as well as my $30.00 flat irons from CVS and Target. Oh well. I will continue to shop at Folica, as I guess every product can't be perfect all the tme. The good thing is that returns at Folica are always very easy, which I very much appreciate. Also, the reps are always very helpful.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I had no problems what so ever with folica. The straightener is a gift, so I hope it works. The lotion and facial products are doing what I expected.
