I read once that if you are happy with a service or product, you tell 1 person. If you are unhappy, you will tell five. That's why I'm taking the time to tell everyone what a wonderful experience I have had with Folica. In a nutshell: Almost 2 years ago I purchased a $200 Sedu flat iron. Received it within one week, and free shipping to boot. 23 months later it lost power. I called customer service (less that 1 min. hold time) and they gave me all the info I needed to send in my warranty. HERE"S THE BEST PART: I mailed it back at 4:30pm on a Tuesday, and Friday evening, Folica notified me that my new iron was on it's way via UPS. I checked the tracking number and it is indeed on it's way. How could they possibly improve on that service? I plan on spreading this comment on the web, so excuse me if you see it again. i ordered a sedu flat iron but it stopped working after my brother used it on his hair that had gel all over it. the plates were also loose and didnt line up. so i called folica and the lady said to fill out the warrenty form and send it with the flat iron. i was reluctant after reading reviews and afraid that they would say 'they never received it', but they gave me and email like 3 days later that the received it, and shipped it 2 days after that and i got it today!its brand new and im very happy with their customer service. i would definitely recommend it.

I saw this product in a salon where I recently received a haircut. I didn't even know the name of the brush, but the pictures of the product line was helpful, and I was able to select the exact brush and have it in my hands within a few days. Most excellent service!

I have ordered several times from Folica.com. In general, product selection and prompt service have been outstanding. On an order a while ago, a product arrived broken in transit. I was disappointed at that time with Folica's customer service as I had to mail the damaged merchandise back at my expense. Other than that experience, I have been very pleased with Folica.com and will continue to order from the site.
