I don't like the wording in your advertisements, it states buy a hair iron and get a free heat pad/cary bag. I buy a hair iron on and it arrives then I have to go back and buy the pad because I didn't buy "THE" hair iron. I think you shipping is overpriced and I can't stand purchasing an item on one day and 2 or 3 days later you send me an ad with sale prices. That is quite annoying.

This place misrepresented an item on their website and now the item I received contains an ingredient that I am sensitive to and cannot use. They said I could return the item, but there return policy is that I have to pay ALL shipping costs. This was a mistake on their end so I shouldn't have to pay for it. If an ingredient is dangerous, which this ingredient is (ammonium chloride), it should clearly state it on their website so consumers can be aware of what they are purchasing.

A friend of mine referred me to their website because I was looking for a train case for my makeup. I had shopped around in the malls and I was not willing to pay the prices for the ones that they were offering. I looked at the website and found just what I was looking for at the right price. I will keep this website in mind for future purchases.

Delivery took much longer than I am used to. I would probably use a closer merchant in the future if time was a factor. However, the merchandise was packed well and arrived in good order.

slow shipping! 'organin' is an unusable product due to the fact that it clumps terribly, wish I could get my money back on it. one item was not available, email to folica was returned 'undeliverable'.

I love folica- they have a great variety and competitive prices. I did have to do a return and so far it seems as though it's hassel free. My card has not yet been credited, but they did just email me that they've rec'd the package- so I do not expect any problems.

I ordered a Chi flat iron for my daughter for Christmas thinking I knew which one she would like, I didn't consult her on it as I wanted to surprise her. She wanted a different style so we boxed it up, sent it back and had a different style sent within a week. Excellent customer service as far as I'm concerned, and a very good product at an even better price. My daughter is attending cosmetology school and even with her discount we could not have received this great of a deal on a Chi product. Kudos to Folica.com!! From a very satisfied customer.
