I purchased several hair products from Folica.com on 2/18/2009. That day, I received an email receipt for my order, and shortly after, I received another email saying that the conditioner I had ordered was now backordered for almost a month (Pureology). The next day, I received an email linking to my USPS delivery confirmation code and told that my shipment would be sent out soon. I checked the link each day, and on 2/21/2009, it stated, "Your item was processed and left our EDISON, NJ 08899 facility on February 21, 2009. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later." I was surprised it took 2 days to process and ship my order, but what could I do.
Folica's website says that standard delivery time from point of ordering takes 1-7 days. Well, it's been over two weeks, and the USPS tracking hasn't updated the tracking of my package. Yesterday, I sent Folica customer service an email, saying that my package may be lost. After waiting 24 hours, I called the customer service number on their site (the only number listed anywhere) and a sales person transfered me to customer service. I spent 58 minutes on hold, and then the Folica line went busy and HUNG UP on me. I spent almost an hour waiting for someone to help me. And I know nothing more than I feel like I've been wasting my morning away. Oh, and I'm $146 in the hole and have no product to show for it.
