I found fogdog online when searching for a pair of big and tall ski pants.  they are very hard to find and when I did I was very quick to hit the Buy now button.  I've had bad experiences in the past with online retailers so I decided to read some reviews.  I was not thrilled with the reviews here and was hesitant to proceed with the purchase.  After some more searching I was not able to find the pants anywhere else and decided to purchase them at fogdog. 

I called the order into customer support on Sunday night and had an order confirmation before I hung the phone up.  I will also say they answered their phone on the first few rings, even though it was almost 9 pm on a Sunday night.  I needed the pants asap, and while fairly expensive, i've certainly seen worse for overnight shipping.  The next morning I had a shipping notification.

The pants arrived the next day, as promised, in perfect condition.  The sizing chart provided on the site was accurate.  After reading the reviews here, some may have had bad experiences, but mine was picture perfect and the customer service was very helpful.

After this experience I would order again with FogDog.
