Absolute NIGHTMARE!!!!  I ordered an item from these  folks and waited until the last "estimated" day (12 days ) of delivery to call.  When I finally got in touch with a CSR, I found out the order had been cancelled.  The sorry CSR only told me that PayPal had problems the day I ordered and cancelled it.  I asked her why no one bothered to contact me and she said she was not sure.  I also asked her why I received a confirmation from PayPal and she did not know that either.  I asked her why the website (Fogdog) shows my order as "Processing" and she of course did not know.  When I spoke to the "Supervisor", he said they did not have any in stock but he would offer me a discount on another item.  WHAT???  I yelled and screamed and asked him if he had any children.  I told him I was going to write a bad review, contact PayPal about the company and he hung-up on me.  Bottom line, I have 8 business days to find my son's Christmas present from Santa and everyone is saying they cannot get it to me unless I spend an additional $50 bucks in shipping.  So, here is my bad review.  I will never order a thing from this company and I will tell everyone I know the same.  I understand that mistakes happen but common sense tells you that (especially right before Christmas) a company should contact customers when there is a problem.
