I ordered 3 pair of nike shox. One pair arrive 4 days later but the shoes were used they sent used shoes and then i was told they could not exchange them they can only refund the money so i said fine. Later that week I received the white nike shox i ordered and they had been worn as well what is it give customer used shoes week. I don't know what the Last pair look like because there not here and its been 12 days since i ordered them. I am not pleased with the online experiance at all and I am not ever shopping at this store again. over $350 worth of purchases and still I get used stuff from the company. It is poor customer service and business judgement

I placed an order by phone because the website was experiencing difficulties. I was told today ( one day later) the order was never placed and I lost out on 6 pairs of shoes that were on sale. "I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do, they are sold out" was what I was told. How? They claim computers were down so how did anyone else place their orders? I would have thought talking to a sales rep on the phone and placing my order would have bypassed the problems. I called to verify the order and discovered they did not process it. Again, their computers were down. I will never buy from them again. Not after the way this order was handled.

Great online shopping. I was able to order my teen sons' Nikes online with a lot of choices and very reasonable prices. We could see online that they were shipped out from two different locations (KS, IN) the next day. Shipping was free with a $75 order (you can always surf the net for promotion codes for Finish Line). The UPS tracking allowed us to see where they were each day and the shoes arrived in separate shipments a week later. Awesome running shoes. I will never again shop the horrid mall for my teens shoes! Thanks Finish Line.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 12 Jan and finally received them on 21 Jan. The shoes that arrived were mismatched. I called the customer service line and was told that they had located the correct shoe and would NEXT DAY AIR it to me to arrive on 23 Jan. The shoe did not and has not arrived. After more calls, I took the mismatched shoes to the local store on 3 Feb but was told the correct shoe had already shipped out so they could not accept the return. It still has not arrived. I called again tonight (9 Feb) and was told they cannot locate the missing shoe. This is absolutely ridiculous. Go barefoot before shopping at Finish Line. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. |

I ordered a pair of Nike Shox and a sensor from Finish Line. They shipped them out in two separate boxes. I received the sneakers, but I never got the sensor. When I checked the UPS tracking online, it said that the item was damaged in transit. I called finish line customer service repeatedly (5 times to be exact) and I was told that UPS was denying the damage claim to them and that I had to wait until UPS reimbursed them before they would refund my money. Not to mention, customer service reps were nothing but RUDE every time I called. It is not MY FAULT if the package was damaged before it ever even got to my house. I paid for an item I never received. This started on 12/26. It is now 1/19 and I never heard from finish line again. I finally ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. And I reported them to the bureau of consumer affairs. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS!! NEVER AGAIN!

I called finishline 3x to cancel my order and their associates said,"I WAS ALL SET." A day later my credit was charged and they shipped one out of three shoes I ordered. One shoe was out of stock and the other was sitting in a store, which they forgot to ship. Soooo unorganized!! Its been a week now and I havent seen any credit back onto my credit card.

Highly recommend it! Absolutely awesome! The customer service ever. I really liked the feel of a shoe i tried up but didn't like the color, so a rep called another store and got them to send me the same she but in a color I liked. Have never been more happy!!! Definitely would shop there again!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter, we had just moved to a new home and she wanted the 'in' shoes. I got an order confirmation in my e-mail box. A week and a half went by when I finally called to check the status of the order. To my surprise, the rep said they cancelled my order due to the billing and shipping address being different. She went on to tell me that they could not use my credit card if my bank was still using my old address. The bank had my new address for the last 3 weeks. The whole thing was crazy.

I love their clearance sale deals and I use on line promotion codes to get sneaks as low as $15.00 a pair.They don't always have nice reps,but hey i will put up with it for the cheapest place online.Have you found cheaper sneakers than them and where the heaven is it at then?Forget the reps!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE:I placed an order for Jezign light shoes for my son as a b-day present.They canceled my order without notice, either by email or call,because I have a different bill to and ship to. This was after i called the next day to inquire about my order and was told it would ship ASAP.I live in NY,its either have the shoes stollen from my doorstep while im at work, or my order canceled without notice because i would like it shipped to my office.The rep told me my order was canceled and not charged, what do i need from them exactlyyyyy........after i asked for a confirmation my order is canceled. I work at an internet company and have to deal with nasty customers all day long, after this expereince, i will be alot more understanding and apreciative of my customers.I will never place an order on this website again, EVER.

My experience with Finish Line is not at all like I am hearing described here. I have heard the 3-10 business day thing too, but I have been a member for over a year and the most it has taken was 5 days. Once when my coupon was not working online, I called customer service. I figured I wouldnt get very far but not only did they make that right they placed the order for me and waived the shipping. I didnt even have to ask. Their reward program is a no brainer. AS soon as I spend a total of 200.00 I get a 20.00 coupon. That is like getting one of my kids a free pair of sneakers.

I wish I had read the previous reviews before ordering. On October 14, I found a great sale on some running shoes and decided to order 2 pair. A week later, having received no notice of shipment or charge on my credit card, I emailed customer service to inquire. I was told that they were "Attempting to fulfill [my] order from the retail stores" and this "can take 3-10 days". Well, now it's two weeks later and still nothing. Clearly this company doesn't know how to run a business. Based on my experience and the experiences of others listed here, they routinely list items for sale on their website that they do not possess and cannot provide.

Found a pair of Nike's online that were cheaper than in the store. The online screen says the shoes were in stock and would be shipped in 1 - 2 business days. Four days later I get an email stating the the shoes are not in stock and they are looking for another channel to locate them. On top of that when I try to look for my order online, the system doesn't even register that I have an outstanding order, so I always have to call their customer service line. From reading other reviews it looks like I may never get my sneakers. I won't bother to use their online site again.

This shipping for this company is, in my opinion way to long. I have waited 9 days for my order. It took them 4 days to process a single pair of shoes, and it took 5 days to UPS them to me. I am not too likely to purchase from this merchant again.

Good selection and market compatible prices. Unfortunately they did not have what one of the 2 items that I ordered, and the problems began.
When they do not have your item, if your have ordered more than one, they divide your shipping and handling (and coupon) by half, and do not allow substitution even if you want a more expensive item. This is a practice that personally I have not seeing in any other store, and that I clearly did not like. |
