Do not EVER under any circumstances waste your time trying to resolve any issues with FINISHLINE customer service. They are rude and refuse to help you. I was billed for a subscription of Sports Illustrated after repeatedly being reassured the 3 month subscription was free with my purchase and that I would have to sign for any future issues at which point I would be billed. Several months later I received at $25 charge on my debit card and when I contacted customer service, they simply told me they didn't care about my inconvenience. I called the store where I made the $300 purchase and they continued to tell me that Sports Illustrated made the mistake and that I shouldn't have been billed...that perhaps I signed up for a subscription and didn't remember!! I then called customer service again. Upper management was extremely rude and flat out lied to me after speaking to the store manager. They told me that the store manager remember speaking with me and told me that I should have indeed been billed if I chose not to cancel the subscription. Thank God Sports Illustrated was extremely nice and helpful. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT FINISHLINE AGAIN. They don't deserve a penny from me!!!
