Fingerhut.com is a place that I have been shopping with for many years. I never have any trouble ordering from them. It is rather nice to be able to order items that you need by a certain time using the Fingerhut credit card that I have for the site. You do have to have good credit to get it. But even if you don't you can order using another payment method. I always use my card when I do not have the funds atthe moment that I make my purchases. It allows me to pay as I can rather then putting the cash out all at once.

What Fingerhut.com sells:

Fingerhut.com has a large variety of items to choose from. They have cameras, DVD players, computers and other electronics. They carry great brands of sneakers and clothing. At Fingerhut.com you will find top name brand games and toys. They have all sorts of baby items and house hold items to choose from. Really the list goes on and on. The items are pictured right on the site so that you can view them and see what you are buying to avoid any confusion.

The ease of ordering:

At Fingerhut.com placing an order is very easy to do. All you need to do is add each item that you have selected to your cart. When you are done with that go to the check out and place your order. It will ask for your billing and shipping information. It asks you to enter in your shipping method choice and also your payment type. Then complete your order. It will give you an instant invoice on your screen. You will also get an email order confirmation and a order number to check the tracking and status or your order. Be sure to keep that email.

Ordering is really made simple. The site set up is great. Every thing in a certain section, all labeled and easy to read. The site colors are basic blue, white and black most of the time. This only changes around a holiday where they tend to decorate the site accordingly. They also have a search bar for you to use to type in exactly what you want so you can find it faster. If some thing is out of stock it says so on the page. This is good because it means you do not have to wait for your item or waste your money and wait a long time.

What I have purchased:

I have bought quite a few items over the past few years. Some for myself. some for family or friends depending on the occasion. Some of the things that I have bought have been sports related. I have purchased a few toys such as a pretend lap top for learning, a child's sleeping bag and other camping stuff. A swimming pool that was inflatable and more. I have also bought some sneakers there. Nike and Sketchers mostly. Every thing that I have ever ordered from this site has been good. I have never had an trouble with an item. You have easy to follow size charts to avoid any trouble with returns.

Shipping:

I choose priority shipping. It takes only a few days. Standard would be cheaper but takes a few days longer. Like I said, I use priority. You can also choose to use express and over night. But they tend to cost a lot for that.

All of the orders that I have placed have always arrived right on time. I have had no trouble with the items. Every thing is always packaged very well and nothing ever gets broken through shipment. All of my items are always there, are the correct sizes and colors and are pretty much perfect in any way they can be.

Payment options:

The payments you make on this site are secure. You can use pretty much any credit card, gift card for this site, e-checks and more. The payments are safe to make on this site so you have no need to worry that any one else will get your information. Oh and you can request a catalog right from the site and they will send you one to make mail orders if you want to.

To get a credit card you must have at least fair credit on your credit report. You can request one by calling the 800 number on the site. You can get one by applying on the site or right from the catalog if you get one. You can use your Fingerhut charge card at any time after you obtain one.

What I have found with the items this site offers:

The pictures are clear and easy to view. You know what you are getting before you buy it. The site describes the items for you as best as they can. If the item needs batteries it tells you that too. I find that the Fingerhut.com web site offers top of the line well in tact items that are worth the money you spend on them. The prices are pretty good too.


My recommendations:

I have always like shopping on the Fingerhut site. They do have a lot to offer. They have mostly name brands or at least good brands. I have had no problems with the site or with customer service. In fact I never had to contact customer service because my orders have always gone off with out a hitch. I am pleased with this site and how my orders turn out. I do recommend giving it a try.
