Delivery was significantly delayed by sending it to an incorrect address. I was somewhat surprised that the filters would be sent to different (but similar) address, as the billing and shipping address were correct and the same.
I liked the trackability of the shipment. Tracked all the way to the wrong post office, where it was Undeliverable.
The order was accurately filled. Price was very good.
Online/e-mail customer service was not helpful.
Overall I was marginally satisfied as I had no urgent need for the filters.

And, best of all, my order arrived just 6 days after placing it. Which is very good during this very busy Christmas season and all the way out here to Hawaii.

(By contrast, the store price was almost double. The product was not in stock. Shipping time was optimistically quoted as 3-4 weeks when I could even, after considerable persistence, get a store clerk to wait on me. (Even though I had purchased my refrigerator there. They were much too busy chasing after commission on the big ticket items.))

As their name says, was very fast. Order shipped within 5 hours, and got from USA to Australia in 6 days. Quick to respond to questions I had before placing my order.

Lower quantity discounts would have been nice though (they do have them, but only for quantities starting at 12, whereas other stores are offer better pricing for as little as 3).

For my order of 6, taking into to account discounts, a competing store would have actually worked out a bit cheaper. However the competitor took too long to respond to my question on shipping and I assumed I wasn't going to get a reply. By the time they did reply, I had already placed my order. Speedy service won for Filtersfast.
