I ordered Air condition filters - original quality for half of the local store price.

The company did great. I got the wrong size filters first - after my email they sent me immidiatly a message, the correct size filters and a return label for the wrong size filters. No extra charging.

Yes I know that all should be anyhow so. But I just wanted to mention that it was easy and that I mistakes happen. It is just the way how companies handle them.

I ordered 2 water filters, and tracked my order and it said delivered on Fri 11/23, no delivery Fedex said it was shipped to the address on the box which was someone elses address, my name and phone # was on the invoice.  A man called me and asked why I used his address to get something, (as if). He wouldn't tell me where I could pick it up, and said something about checking with FedEx.  Now,
I have lost my payment of $76 as well as my filters, my billing address on the order is the same as my home address.  Why, did someone pull an address out of at hat and have it shipped?  I'm very upset, (1) because I NEED my filters and (2) my payment was taken out of my account.  After I talk to the Co, and everything is satisfactory, I'll do another review, but if it isn't my report will be bad.  In a business, putting someone elses add. on an order is UNACCEPTABLE,  no one should make a mistake like that ever.  A stranger has my Name, my Phone # and who knows what other info he has.

I've ordered refrigerator water filters from FiltersFast.com for a number of years, always been happy with the low price and quick delivery.

About two weeks ago, our icemaker in our Kenmore fridge quit working.  I priced the repacement at sears.com at $125.  I called a local repair guy I've used before, he estimated $275 for parts and labor.

After looking at how it was connected, it didn't look like a hard job. I looked at the pictures on filtersfast.com, and read the reviews there.  I was convinced that the product offered would work in my fridge.  (Looked the same, screw placement was the same, others commented that it worked in their Kenmore, etc.)  I ordered the replacement from FiltersFast.com for $70, (and included some Merv-11 furnace filters priced cheaper than Walmart, to qualify for $1.00 shipping!).

The icemaker arrived 3 days after I ordered it, very fast for near free delivery.  It took less than an hour to pull the old one and put in the new one.  We were making ice in 3 hours!

Ordered 3 dozen filters, only received 2 dozen. After 3 emails about missing filters, got NO reply. Called customer service about missing filters, and there was no answer as to why my emails were not answered, however the missing 1 dozen filters will be shipped today. Thought customer service could have /should have been handled better, not very professional !

They've got the one inline water filter we need for our house, their website makes it easy to find and bookmark, they fulfill and ship the order quickly, and they're honest to do business with.  Their prices are far better than any local hardware resource (who often don't even have the filter size we need).  I'd recommend FiltersFast.com to anyone with similar household needs.

This is the second time I bought 3 GE filters at a time at Filters Fast. I picked them because of the price. Each time has been consistently efficient with no problems. The order was accurate and the emails let me know how the order was progressing. Delivery was free and right on schedule. I would recommend them and will use them again next time.

I am so happy I found FiltersFast.com.  I always buy my refrigerator filters there, but this time I needed an ice maker and being able to purchase it from them saved me half of what I would have spent for the exact same part at the retailer where I bought the refrigerator.  I usually purchase online, but I wanted to be sure I was making the right choice, so I called and the man was so helpful and reasuring.  I recieved promt e-mails updating me of the status of my order.  I ordered on Wednesday and was making ice Saturday!  They are the best online merchant I have ever used.

When I did a google search for the water filter I needed, FiltersFast came up at or near the top of the list. I checked them out and compared their price and rating against three other companies who offered the same product. The price they offered was competitive, in fact, it was lower than most other companies offering the same product. But I wasn't ready to commit - yet.
I went back to their website and navigated through. They had the product/water filter for my refrigerator -  I wanted/needed in stock, at a competitive price. I ordered online, it was simple, fast and efficient. I recevied a confirmation via email - confirming my order, my payment and shipping details. I received another email, providing me with tracking information for my order. All very helpful information - great customer service and follow through. The product arrived/delivered - as promised. They need to create a customer loyalty program.

My order was shipped wrong . 2 filters instead of 2 FILTER SYSTEM.
I called and was told that the 2 FILTER SYSTEM would be shipped out at once and for me to keep one of the FILTERS for the inconvenence and A return label for me to ship back the other FILTER.
Then I get A E-Mail today ( 27 ) stating the order was shipped and received on Sept/10/09 which is the day I called .

When I called on Sept/10/09 The CORRECT ORDER should have been sent out at once , instead it has been 17 days since I called and you still have not filled my PAID FOR ORDER CORRECTLY ????????

Does no one at FILTHERFAST know what they are doing ???????

I have been unimpressed with both the speed of delivery and the customer service of this company.  I ordered a filter 12 days ago, and it took a week to even get a tracking number.  I had paid for expedited shipping, figuring I would get it in at most a week.  They also charged me right away, rather than charging at the time of shipping.
Well it's been 12 days now and no filter.  They offered to send another one but are unwilling to send it via a speedier route.  They did offer to cancel my order.
Suffice it to say I won't ever be doing business with these guys again.

Shopping on line was great. Completed order fast and fast shipping.

Packaging was filmsy and poor. Box was torn and damaged due to poor box material and rough handling. Filters were bent and roughed up.

My part was just what I ordered...it was the replacement that fit my refrigerator.  I did not have to contact customer service because the  part number was identical to one that I was requesting.  I was able to match the picture of the desired part to the one that I was replacing which is important if you are unsure of what you are ordering.  The only concern I had was the delivery took a little longer than I anticipated (although they did say it would take 5-7 days).  Tracking of item via Fed. Express was easy and reassured me that I was going to receive my item.  I was kept abrest of the shipment with at least three emails.  THE PRICE WAS VERY RESONABLE COMPARED TO GETTING IT FROM THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER.  I would order from FiltersFast.com again.

The folks at FiltersFast bent over backwards for me. I had ordered a replacement filter for the 3M Filtrete filter for my air cleaner. It became unavailable and FiltersFast offered (quite generously) to ship the original 3m filter in it's place for the same price.

I called customer service at FiltersFast.com to find out if they carried water filters for my GE refrigerator but they had a difficult time finding information on the filter I was describing.  I ended up locating, removing and getting the filter information off the old filter so they could cross-reference it.  Regardless of that little issue, the customer service person was helpful because she mentioned a few after marketfilters that would also work (and one was less expensive).

Since I was also shopping for furnace filters, I searched the site and found a reasonable amount of information on filtering ratings for furnace filters, which allowed me to compare their functional ability and make a decision based on more than marketing/visual appeal.  They offer a volume discount on both name-brand and off-brand furnace filters that are less expensive.

Ordering online was simple and I received my order quickly.  The shipping charges were reasonable, and the prices were the best I found so far.

Overall, I was impressed and will definitely return to FurnaceFilters.com for more filters for my furnace and refrigerator.

By now I have used FiltersFast.com several times.  I received this week my latest shipment.  My water filter for my Samsung refrigerator is model DA29-00003B.   This time the cost was actually a few bucks cheaper than last time.  The purchase process has always been without a hitch.  The only time they did not have my filter was a time when Samsung had stopped production on it temporarily so really nobody else had it either.  I always get an email notice of my purchase.  I like that you can purchase your filters through Paypal.   They also send you an email when the product has shipped and finally when it has been confirmed delivered.  I have never had a problem with them.  Shipments always come fast (no pun intended!), always brand new filters and I have never had any problems with their products.

Excellent! I am so tired of having the cold water line clogged to my washing machine, despite a whole house filter system for our well. I dreaded having to pull out the washer to try to clean out the tiny filter screen and then get the hoses back so they didn't leak all over the floor. This is just what I needed to fix the problem.
