Well, it is quite true in the respect of you being able to:

* Having what I need, saving time and money.
* Keeping me informed throughout the entire process of getting what I need to me.

The filters arrived within a week (standard shipping), and appear to have been well packed. They are authentic Honeywell filters, and the order was filled correctly. Also, I received confirmation emails when the filters were ordered, shipped, as well as when they were delivered.

Good to hear that the filters have finally arrived in Dallas, Oregon. Unfortunately we, however, had left for Germany at that time, after waiting all Wednesday, 23 untill 4 p.m. To cut a long story short, we are not at all content with the delivery speed. It took Fed Ex from Friday, 18th to at least Thursday, 24th to deliver the filters - which means the filters are in the US while we are back home in Germany. Maybe you should consider sending them with UPS or DHL next time?

I have been buying filters from Filtersfast.com for a few years now, and never had a problem with any order. Ordering online is fast, easy and always compleated in a few minutes.
My filters are sent out ,usually the next day.I always have the filters within 4 days, which is important for someone who needs to always have a clean air purifier filter ready to use to help keep the asthma problems under control. The packages are always securely packed, and only once recieved a damaged package, which was promptly replaced, will continue to shop here ,they offer all i could want in a very reliable company that cares about the customers.

I will be calling you first thing Monday morning. I received the filter this evening that I ordered and you sent me a used one. I noticed when I first opened the top of the box that the inside of the filter box was torn and showed signs of handling. Then when I pulled the filter out, it had dried calcium deposits around the connectors and around the edges of the filter top.

Unbelievable! I can't believe you would do this.

I recently re-ordered water filters for my Kitchen Aid fridge, I have been buying my fridge water filters from filterfast.com since the early '90s.

The new filters were a bit late (carrier error), a different brand and the filtered water did not taste as good as it did with the OEM brand filters?
I called...
Katie handled everything with aplomb. She sent new filters (expedited delivery), enclosed a shipping label to ease the return of the filters I did not care for and will credit that amount to my card when they arrive back at filtersfast.com offices.

I ordered and got the completely wrong filter. The receipt and order is correct. The order picker put something completely different in the box. Not even close like one number off. It was a completely different looking filter for a different refrigerator brand.

It was fantastic. I actually ordered The PureSource 2 Water Filter through Amazon.com because it was a couple of dollars cheaper there.
The service exceeded my expectations. I ordered the item on Thursday, July 3rd. It was expected to be shipped out that Thursday through the 7th with delivery being the 9th through the 14th. I actually received the item on Monday the 7th before I even got the email from them saying it had been shipped. I had to wait a few days before leaving feedback because I received it so quickly. It arrived well packed and in perfect condition. I had no issues whatsoever with the item shipped. I was able to quickly install it in my refrigerator and be done with it. I will definitely use them again.
