The delivery box was damaged and the filter was as well. I called but no one has called back. The post office wrote "box unsealed" on the box and just put a rubber band around it.

Online ordering was great. We have used you before.

I live in a rural setting. Therefore I do not get mail at my street address because my driveway connects to a major Farm to Market road. I always ask for delivery to my PO Box in town because stuff always gets there, and quick.

FedEx almost never finds us until the second or third delivery. This shipment took too long, even before the two extra days for local fumbling.

We have Better luck with UPS, because the delivery guy has been on this route for years and knows where we are. UPS seems faster also.

In our case, Filters Fast was Filters Slow.

I'm impressed!  Ordered 2 filters June 27, received them July 2 (didn't request expedited shipment).  Filters are OEM filters, at a very reasonable price.  Price was comparable and better than I could have purchased from other on-line vendors that offered other than OEM filters.   I was kept informed of status every step of the way, from order received to order delivered.  Overall, I'm a very happy customer.  Will definitely order from Filtersfast.com again.

I ordered my filters for my refrigerators and they were so much cheaper than ordering them through the manufacturer. They wanted $50 each. Once I ordered them, I received them in about a week. It was nice. Once I put the filter in, my water started tasting normal again. THanks for your quick and easy service.

Recently I placed an order with FiltersFast and I found them to be extremely professional and their name says it all FAST!  I was told delivery would be 30th June, 2009 in Melbourne Australia and they were delivered on the 29th June.

Prior to ordering I had a couple of questions and sent emails, they were very prompt with responding to me.

My goods were delivered in excellent condition and will refer them to others that require filters, very happy with their service and professionalism.

I was trying to get my order fast, and paid extra for the USPS Priority mail service. Nevertheless, the order was shipped as FedEx ground, and nobody even bothered explaining the discrepancy, or offering a refund. Needless to say, I did not get my order when expected.

I have purchased filters for my refridgerator water dispenser and furnace from FiltersFast for years now. They always have a great price, deliver quickly, and communicate clearly. Only once were they out of stock on an item but I was informed right away and the part arrived only a few days later than I initially expected. FiltersFast had the lowest prices when I was looking at several sites for a replacement. Their product descriptions furnish plenty of info and the web site is easy to navigate. I received the tracking info and the filter on the very same day! Fast, efficient and lowprices!  I'd definitely recommend Filtersfast and I'll be back the next time I need a replacement.  I am a frequent internet shopper, so I research any item I intend on Purchasing. I ordered my filter on 6/17/2009 and received it 9 days later- not the 2-6 days as promised.  Fast Filters they are not, but the filter arrived well packaged and and was a direct replacement for the more expensive OEM.

I needed a new filter for our Amana fridge - the first time we had to replace it.

I did an online search for the type of filter I needed. I searched to purchase online, as well as searched online for a store that carried it.

I checked out your site and the price was good as well as the comments. I placed the order on Monday and it arrived on Friday or Saturday.

I disovered this firm while searching for replacement water filters for the kitchen sink and refrigerator. The prices were excellent, and I placed my order on a Monday evening.  To my surprise, there they were on my doorstep Thursday afternoon ... and they were the right ones!  The cost was less than half of what the local appliance parts store wanted, and shipping was about the same as what I would have paid in sales tax.  

To sum it up, my order was delivered within 3 days, very reasonable shipping charges, outstanding prices. This is what on-line shopping should be! No need to shop elsewhere.

I did receive the order. Thank you. However the filter is damaged.  Looks like it was damaged during transit.  You can see where something heavy was put on the box carrying the filter which also damaged the filter.  How can I get this one replaced?  Thank You, Sherry Bento
