The ordering process was simple, precise and easy to follow.  I searched for a comparable filter and noticed that there was the expensive brand and the less expense brand.  Since the less expensive brand is equal in quality or better, it made sense to try it.  Once the order was placed on 4/26 at 8pm, I received the email confirmation immediately and 3 days later (4/29 11:36am) I received an email stating it was out of stock and that the filters should be in within one week and then shipped to me. 

As promised, I received the order about 1 1/2 weeks after the email.  I received the two boxes in perfect condition, opened one up and installed one filter.  It fit perfectly and now I know I have a trust worthy supplier of filters for my home!!  Compared to the filter I did use, I can see the quality of filter was far superior than the brand I was using, so I was even more pleased with the order.

Thank you for providing a healthy alternative to filtering the air quality in my home.  With my wife having Asthma and myself with allergies, I trust this filter will help a lot!
