I needed to replace the electronic cartidges in my Honeywell unit with perfect sized heppa filter.  FiltersFast had the correct filter at a competative price.  The filters arrived in six days (orded on a weekend) and fit like a glove.  I saved the enclosed card for when I reorder.

I live in Hawaii and characteristicly most things are hard to purchase and have delivered. The fact that we use PO Boxes makes things even harder. In the past we were buying our filters through a plumbing company and had to wait 3 to 4 weeks and drive 60 miles to get our filters. Twice they ordered wrong filter and we had to go through the process all over again. At Fast Filters it was easy to order. Shipping choice on web site was clear and YES they came FAST!

I ordered a refrigerator water filter on a Friday (11/6/09) and receved it on the following Tuesday (11/10/09) using the standard delivery. I was amazed at how quickly they responded and got my order delivered by UPS. No need to get the overnight delivery.

Also, the price was the lowest I found searching online.

I've been ordering refrigerator water filters since I got my Jenn Air Fridge with purified water.  It's great because you can have them remind you when it's time to change the filter.  12 months, 9 months, etc.They remind you what one you ordered last time so the whole process takes about 2 minutes.  It comes in a few days and there is one less thing to worry about.

I've ordered water filters for my fridge several times, and recently some air purifier filters. Filters Fast always had the lower price, and their shipping was always fast. I ordered Air condition filters - original quality for half of the local store price.

The company did great. I got the wrong size filters first - after my email they sent me immidiatly a message, the correct size filters and a return label for the wrong size filters. No extra charging.

Yes I know that all should be anyhow so. But I just wanted to mention that it was easy and that I mistakes happen. It is just the way how companies handle them.

I ordered 2 water filters, and tracked my order and it said delivered on Fri 11/23, no delivery Fedex said it was shipped to the address on the box which was someone elses address, my name and phone # was on the invoice.  A man called me and asked why I used his address to get something, (as if). He wouldn't tell me where I could pick it up, and said something about checking with FedEx.  Now,
I have lost my payment of $76 as well as my filters, my billing address on the order is the same as my home address.  Why, did someone pull an address out of at hat and have it shipped?  I'm very upset, (1) because I NEED my filters and (2) my payment was taken out of my account.  After I talk to the Co, and everything is satisfactory, I'll do another review, but if it isn't my report will be bad.  In a business, putting someone elses add. on an order is UNACCEPTABLE,  no one should make a mistake like that ever.  A stranger has my Name, my Phone # and who knows what other info he has.

I've ordered refrigerator water filters from FiltersFast.com for a number of years, always been happy with the low price and quick delivery.

About two weeks ago, our icemaker in our Kenmore fridge quit working.  I priced the repacement at sears.com at $125.  I called a local repair guy I've used before, he estimated $275 for parts and labor.

After looking at how it was connected, it didn't look like a hard job. I looked at the pictures on filtersfast.com, and read the reviews there.  I was convinced that the product offered would work in my fridge.  (Looked the same, screw placement was the same, others commented that it worked in their Kenmore, etc.)  I ordered the replacement from FiltersFast.com for $70, (and included some Merv-11 furnace filters priced cheaper than Walmart, to qualify for $1.00 shipping!).

The icemaker arrived 3 days after I ordered it, very fast for near free delivery.  It took less than an hour to pull the old one and put in the new one.  We were making ice in 3 hours!

Ordered 3 dozen filters, only received 2 dozen. After 3 emails about missing filters, got NO reply. Called customer service about missing filters, and there was no answer as to why my emails were not answered, however the missing 1 dozen filters will be shipped today. Thought customer service could have /should have been handled better, not very professional !

They've got the one inline water filter we need for our house, their website makes it easy to find and bookmark, they fulfill and ship the order quickly, and they're honest to do business with.  Their prices are far better than any local hardware resource (who often don't even have the filter size we need).  I'd recommend FiltersFast.com to anyone with similar household needs.

This is the second time I bought 3 GE filters at a time at Filters Fast. I picked them because of the price. Each time has been consistently efficient with no problems. The order was accurate and the emails let me know how the order was progressing. Delivery was free and right on schedule. I would recommend them and will use them again next time.

I am so happy I found FiltersFast.com.  I always buy my refrigerator filters there, but this time I needed an ice maker and being able to purchase it from them saved me half of what I would have spent for the exact same part at the retailer where I bought the refrigerator.  I usually purchase online, but I wanted to be sure I was making the right choice, so I called and the man was so helpful and reasuring.  I recieved promt e-mails updating me of the status of my order.  I ordered on Wednesday and was making ice Saturday!  They are the best online merchant I have ever used.

When I did a google search for the water filter I needed, FiltersFast came up at or near the top of the list. I checked them out and compared their price and rating against three other companies who offered the same product. The price they offered was competitive, in fact, it was lower than most other companies offering the same product. But I wasn't ready to commit - yet.
I went back to their website and navigated through. They had the product/water filter for my refrigerator -  I wanted/needed in stock, at a competitive price. I ordered online, it was simple, fast and efficient. I recevied a confirmation via email - confirming my order, my payment and shipping details. I received another email, providing me with tracking information for my order. All very helpful information - great customer service and follow through. The product arrived/delivered - as promised. They need to create a customer loyalty program.

My order was shipped wrong . 2 filters instead of 2 FILTER SYSTEM.
I called and was told that the 2 FILTER SYSTEM would be shipped out at once and for me to keep one of the FILTERS for the inconvenence and A return label for me to ship back the other FILTER.
Then I get A E-Mail today ( 27 ) stating the order was shipped and received on Sept/10/09 which is the day I called .

When I called on Sept/10/09 The CORRECT ORDER should have been sent out at once , instead it has been 17 days since I called and you still have not filled my PAID FOR ORDER CORRECTLY ????????

Does no one at FILTHERFAST know what they are doing ???????
