Favor Favor

My shopping experience with Favor Favor has been favorable. The first set of wedding favors ordered were excellent. I have not seen the other order yet, but since it is glassware, I wish it was packaged like my first order. I hope they are beautiful and I hope to see them soon.

The mugs were perfect, and even though the boxes they arrived in appeared pretty beat up, all the mugs were intact ... none were broken (I ordered 50). They did not arrive as quickly as I expected, so I became nervous towards the end, since I ordered them for a wedding which was quickly approaching! But, they arrived just in the nick of time, and since they were perfect, it ended up being a good experience overall.

The personalized hang tags should have been affixed to the product. Instead they were sent separately and I had to do it myself. So angry.

I was disappointed that some of the items ordered were delivered broken and the items that were broken would not be replaced (even though the additional glass coverage was purchased). I was contacted via e-mail not a telephone call nor a mail-in-form, that the cost of the items would be returned as a credit to my account, and the cost of delivery for each item would not be refunded nor pro-rated as a credit to my account. It seems favor-favor did well with having the customer pay for insurance and not giving a full refund/credit option. Although the product was outstanding, Favor-Favor's total customer satisfaction needs a little more work. I am still awaiting the credit to my account.

When I called to find out the size of the whole item with gift box included so I can order gift bags for it, the person helping me took the time to measure the whole item so that I was able to purchase the correct size bag for the favor. I thought it was very nice to take the extra time to find out this information for me.
