My experience with DPO was very good. I had a little trouble understanding how the sink would be shipped. That part was a little confusing. The receipt said UPS but other emails confirmed that it was a residential trucking company. I had trouble tracking it, however, a question to DPO was answered in a timely manner.

Since I cancelled the order, it was difficult to fill out this form. It needs a place for that, but I was not allowed to leave the questions unanswered. As to the shopping: I wanted a specific item. The operations manager found one, and I ordered it, but the time of delivery was too long. I was able to cancel the order, for which I was most appreciative. Reponse to emails and phone calls was excellent.

After searching on the web I found exactly what I wanted at a good price. The web site advertised that the product would be mailed the next day. I was unable to get any tracking info from the info given and contacted the company through email. My concern was quickly addressed and I soon received the order. That was about two weeks delivery time which is what the other web sites offered. I was never given a reason as to why the delay.

Originally, I noticed the order got lost when I went to track its shipping. I e-mailed customer service and it was promptly taken care of. It did, however, tie up the time I expected to recieve the product and that slowed down my project. Unfortunately, I didn't do my homework enough to realize there is a 25% restocking fee incase the product needed to be shipped back. Well, the item isn't going to work and I will have to ship it back and pay an ambiguous 'restocking fee' plus the shipping and handling. That is the reason why I will research other companies and their policies before I buy anything from DPO again. Not because of inefficiency in customer service, difficulty with web-site, or product damage.

I ORDERED THIS TOILET HERE BECAUSE MY REMODEL CONTRACTOR SAID IT WOULD TAKE 45 DAYS TO GET A BLACK ONE FROM HIS DISTRIBUTER. I ORDERED IT 8/14 AFTER VERIFYING THEY HAD ONE IN STOCK. THE FREIGHT COMPANY CALLED ON 8/17 TO DELIVER IT ON 8/18. BECAUSE OF OUR SCHEDULE, IT WAS DELIVERED 8/23. THE TANK LID WAS DAMAGED,BECAUSE OF KOHLER'S POOR PACKAGING. I CONTACTED DPO, THEY CALLED ME IMMEDIATELY TO TELL ME A NEW LID WAS BEING SENT FROM KOHLER & WE SHOULD RECIEVE IT IN AWEEK.

It was nice finding all the items I needed in one location, and with free shipping on their faucets, I saved even more. Their web-site was good and easy to navigate and the overall experience was good. I do wish that the pictures would enlarge a considerable bit more than they do. Designer Plumbing is tops on our list of favorite stores. We ordered some sets of fixtures and accessories and promptly received the shipping order, with fast delivery to our Seattle-area home. We had made a mistake in one of our selections and notified the company. They were immediately responsive and solved the situation quickly and with ease. Through an error in this exchange, there was a delay which the company rectified with alert personal service.

Do Not Order From This Company!
I ordered a faucet and they didn't tell me until the next day that it was discontinued, so I ordered a different one. Then I checked my bank account and they put a $255 charge on my credit card besides the one for the faucet. I tried calling the company, no one is ever there, so I left a voice mail letting them know about the error. Someone emailed me back and said they would "look into it." That was 2 weeks ago and I have called many times and that is all they keep saying "we're looking into it." I have sent them official copies of my bank statement and they won't admit that they are in error. I will have to dispute the charge on my card now which costs me $25 each dispute and I'm still out the faucet. I am so angry, and now I'm broke as well.

Couldn't find this particular item at local stores or other Web sites. I called this merchant and a person checked to see if the product was in stock. They located the product and told me it'd take a week to receive it. I placed the order on the Web site and received the product on time.

Retailer sent me an open box item and did not inform me that the product I was purchasing was previously returned to them. They agreed to replace with new item but have not done so.
