DPO had the cheapest prices that I could find. The information received from DPO is not clear as to exactly what has shipped and what hasn't. When trying to contact them phoning and email did not work - no response. I did eventually get to talk to someone using instant online help and they clarified. The emails they sent had UPS tracking numbers but you could not tell which of the items shipped. It took three different shipments to receive my 6 items and I never knew what was coming in what shipment. I'd say it's a bit of a gamble using them because of the lack of clear communication but the price made it worth the risk.

Could not believe how quickly the order arrived! Ordered on a Tuesday, received products on Thursday. And shipping was free. The order was 100% accurate. The prices were good. The tracking did not work, they said they would send a number but never did. Because I couldn't track it seemed that delivery was very slow and I wasn't sure it had been shipped.

There were a series of errors that have cost me a lot of money. First I was told that the order I was placing could not be guaranteed because it was back ordered. So I made another choice and was in the process of ordering a second style when the first was shipped. When the second order arrived instead of roman taps I received a shower attachment. Plumbing Outlet agreed to send the right product (ground). Meanwhile the contractor is here and I have not received the taps. This is holding up the job.

Designer Plumbing Outlet has listed a product Kohler Utility Sink 6749-3-33 on various search websites that provide comparison pricing on products. The pricing that they list on these various sites including Dealtime.com, bizrate.com, become.com and shopping.com have listed the product at $404 with -0- sales tax in Florida Plus FREE SHIPPING. When we clicked on their link in order to buy the product, it then is listed at $529 plus $5 shipping. This constitutes false advertising by Designer Plumbing Outlet which is illegal. When shopping at actual "brick and mortar" stores, a similar circumstance would result in the store honoring the incorrect advertised price rather than be guilty of false advertising. What do you intend to do?

Their on-line chat customer service is very helpful. Good products, reasonable prices, and most everything is in stock. Items ship out quickly and arrive in excellent condition. I would shop with them again.

Outstanding service! I ordered the products on a Sunday and they were delivered to my doorstep the following Weds--clear across the USA! They were packaged properly and everything was exactly what I ordered. I would certainly order from this company again, although this was my first order with them and I admit that I was a little hesitant at first. Their prices were about 5% lower than other online sellers and I didn't have to pay shipping or sales tax, so I saved quite a bit of money.

I purchased plumbing fixtures for my bathroom remodel. Products were available and shipped immediately. One was chrome/polished brass instead of just chrome. I notified by email and the correct fixtures was shipped overnight so I had no delays. Subsequently, I purchased towel bars and other accessories and they were shipped promptly as well. Can't say enough about the selection of products and the service. Designer Plumbing Outlet was beyond expectations.

I received the shower set I ordered promptly and in full. The only minor complaint I have is that when I placed the order, I selected the option of a thermostatic valve thinking that selecting that option was required to get the valve. Apparently it was not, and I received two valves. I need to return the extra, and hope that will go smoothly.

When I placed the order the merchandise showed as in stock, shortly after ordering I received an e-mail saying they were out of stock and were expected to be shipped in 2-3 weeks, which they were. I wasn't in a rush for the items so this was not a problem for me.
