I ordered a bathtub from this company on 12/19/08. It arrived damaged and I refused delivery. When I called them the next day they said they would send another one. This should have been sent faster due to the problem but it was not. They sent the second one which arrived yesterday, also damaged. When they were going to send the replacement one I asked that they add extra packing around the tub as the bottom front corners were damaged as well as other damage on the first one. They did not pack anything extra on the second one and it arrived damaged also. They say they cannot credit my credit card for 5-6 weeks. How can I order another one from somewhere else if they hold up my money? I spoke to several different people there today and of course the CEO was "not in." All they have to do is call the freight company to know I do not have the tub. Needless to say that my bathroom remodel has been on hold now for over a month. Very poor customer service. I think there are other companies who have better customer service than this. This company should be doing everything they can to make a customer happy when a problem like this happens not once but twice. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
