I just wrote a negative review for one of Faucet Direct's competitors so I thought I would change my tune and write a positive one for this company.
I have used Faucet Direct on two occasions. In both instances, everything went smoothly and I was completely satisfied. The first time I used FaucetsDirect was when I special ordered a Grohe faucet from Home Depot and when it arrived it had two right handles. Needless to say, this was not Home Depot's fault, but the contractor was about to start work and I needed the correct item fast. So I ordered the same Grohe unit from Faucet Direct and had it FedEx'd. Not only did it arrive in good shape and on time, but Faucet Direct's price beat Home Depot's even with the Fed Ex charge tacked on. I went to the competitor because FD did not carry the Brizo faucet I wanted. Never again. Perhaps next time I will look for a different faucet rather than a different store. |

Excellent customer service. Faucets were delivered with defective handles. Due to construction delays I did not find out until long after the return deadline. That was no problem. I sent photos of the issue and customer service rep Anna Caldwell ordered replacement parts from manufacturer. The manufacturer was slow sending the parts but Anna persisted. Finally they were sent and promptly lost by UPS. Anna got on the case again and had a second set sent.

I ordered three items from Faucet Direct. My credit card was immediately billed for all three items. One of the items was shipped two or three days later. A week later I was notified that the other two (2/3 of the purchase price) were no longer available. Nine days after the full price was charged to my VISA the purchase price for the undelivered items was credited. The full shipping charge of $7.97 was left on for the delivery of the remaining $24 item. I would not have ordered only the one item and paid 1/3 more for shipping. When I called customer service, I was told I could return the item at my cost for a full refund of the original charge. There are a number of things very wrong here. I would caution anyone considering doing business with this company.

Elements Of Design ED3145 Shower Curtain Rod was a disapointement, the only well made peices are the wall brackets and support rod, the curtain rod is so thin it came pre-dented in the box. also the dark bronze finish has a purple cast and was also scratched in the box. the curtain rod was so thin it equalled wallmart junk. i would not recomend this to any one. If you realy want one of these go to J.C.Penny they have the same item for twenty seven dallors i paid $127.00 what a rip-off, maybe Faucet Direct will refund the extra 100.00 waisted on this rod. I will post this to the web just help others. |

I ordered a kitchen faucet that i was unable to find locally. Went online to see if I could get it faster, I found it at Faucetdirect. They had the item in stock and shipped it to me the same day. 3 days later I had a brand new faucet. Best thing about the experience, the cost was actually cheaper than my local store, no shipping cost and no sales tax.

worst company i have ever dealt with online. made order and was told 2-3 weeks after 4 weeks was told was on back-order for 2 more weeks then told that was shipping then was told that was backordered again. after almost 7 weeks asked if they could credit me for the one I wanted and send me a different model. they billed me for new model and still I wait for credit on original model. going on 9 weeks waiting for credit. I would hope that others do not fall under this companies spell. bad bad company to deal with.

Getting into a bath/kitchen renovation, i scoured the internet for deals on everything including the kitchen sink (pun intended). Being in the design industry, i have knowledge on brands and what things look like, so I knew the models I wanted - which is key when shopping around for the best price. I was going to order everything from e-faucet.com because they had the best pricing, but then I saw faucetdirect.com's offer for 110% price match guarantee...it was the simplest thing...i rattled off the dozen things I wanted and found cheaper at the other website, and over the phone, they matched everything. Ordered last Wednesday - first box came on friday and everything else arrived the following wednesday...couldn't be easier. The key is know what you want, this way you don't have to even deal with returns...and you can buy more than just faucets at faucetdirect.com

I ordered a roman tub faucet that was so small it would barely fit over the tub rim. I called for return information and was very unhappy to find out about the 15% restocking fee. I promptly returned the item following all of their directions including having a tracking #. They received the package two days after I sent it. Two months and several phone calls/emails later I'm still waiting to be reimbursed. Also, I paid for overnight shipping and it didn't get here for three days. Save yourself the hassle, pay a few extra bucks and deal with a honest retailers.

It turns out that I need to return the item, because their specs say it would work with the valve we have, when in fact it doesnt. I am unhappy about the 15% restocking fee but I'll live with it. SAme way, teh second item I purchased did not explain that it does not work for threaded 1/2" pipes. I had to buy additional parts to make it work. I'm not sure I'd buy from them again just because I didnt have all the information needed to purchase the right stuff.

I was searching for a wood cutting board for my Kohler sink. I found it at faucetdirect.com. So I thought, anyway. Not remembering the model of my 10 year old Kohler sink, (though I later found out it was a "Lakewood" series),I went by the pictures and dimensions that were displayed at the site. Not a good idea! The one I ordered was said to be 17" but actually was 14 1/4". 17" would have fit but - 14 1/4 " no way. I now have the model name and have ordered the proper board, once again from faucetdirect.com. The prices I find to be very decent. But now I gotta wait for some 'authorization' number to arrive via e-mail so I can then send the 'wrong' one back. Not too big a deal but....well....I'll split the blame. I give 'em 4 stars out of possible 5.

Wonderful place! Easy to shop and they respond to emails quickly. They had the item we wanted, reasonably priced and they shipped it out right away. The sent us tracking information and all went very smoothly. I was a little worried when I saw the towel rod was shipped in its original box, but it was wrapped well and in excellent shape. I would order from them again in a minute.

After my order was cancelled due to TooHome's Bankrupcy and my money was Stolen. FaucetDirect.com helped me complete my remodel without a hitch. If I just would have went there first! They didn't honor TooHome's 10% discount, but they also mentioned that they were solvent and wouldn't steal my money.
