Terrible customer service. It took over two weeks, an email, and five phone calls to cancel an order for an item they didn't have and get all of my money back. Credit cards should not be charged until items ship. Or at least until they actually have the item. Details: I placed my order upgrading to next day shipping and my card was charged. I then received an e-mail stating the item wouldn't be available for an unknown time. I called the phone number in the e-mail and left a message asking for the order to be cancelled and requesting confirmation. To be thorough I also replied to the email stating the same. Apparently, they never cancelled it. When I called again two weeks later they needed to talk to someone else to get it cancelled. This time I stayed on the line until it was confirmed. I received an email confirming that the correct amount would be refunded to my card. A few days later I received another email stating that my card had been refunded a lesser amount. They subtracted the Next Day shipping. Even though they never shipped anything. I called again (third call) and was told that the Next Day shipping was refunded on the day of the order. After calling my credit card, I called again (fourth call) and finally got someone to notice that what they claimed was the shipping being refunded on the day of the purchase was actually the shipping being charged separately. Finally got them to refund it. Never again.
