I ordered from on-line and never talked to anyone. Product arrived in good shape, although the box was banged up in shipping. I was happy to receive this product.

Finding the product and purchasing it was very easy. I had bought the same product earlier this year, but I had forgotten the product name/number this time. So, I wrote them an email message providing them the earlier order number and asking for the product name/number so that I can reorder it. I never got a response. The shopping experience this time was as good as it was the previous time. No complaints there. Further, their Web site didn't remember me as a repeat customer. I had to enter all the address and billing information again. I would purchase with them again, because their price was the best, placing the order was easy, and the product arrived on time. Doesn't look like they are very interested in customer relationship.

We purchased faucets from Faucet Depot twice. Both times were special order Moen faucets. They apparently can get anything in the Moen catalog if you can get a part number for it. I saved a bunch and got a faucet I was having a hard time finding.

I do wish they had more stuff in the online catalog.

Shipping was about what I expected, I was not in a big hurry, but I think it was only a few days before I had them.

I placed an on-line order for a faucet that was listed as "In Stock" on the DealTime site when, in fact, it was not in stock and wouldn't be for another 3 weeks. In fact, when I called the next day to request expedited shipping, I was informed that the manufacturer did not have the faucet in stock. I ordered from Faucet Depot BECAUSE the item I was led to believe the item was immediately available. I won't believe what I read on either the DealTime or Faucet Depot sites again.
