Promptly notified me when my order was expected to be delivered and it was delivered on the specified date. I had to make a return, not due to any problem with the order, and the e-mail I recieved was very personable and offered further assitance if I wanted it. I'd think twice about ordering when they tell me it would be in stock in about 2 weeks. I just received an email today, that says it may be another 2 weeks before delivery. Now the contractor I hired had to come back just to install these two items.

Their prices were excellent and the website was easy to use. They shipped the order on time but there was no confirmation email with tracking number as many online vendors provide. I had to call to make sure it had shipped and to obtain a UPS tracking number.

The item is very good. Purchasing from Faucet Depot saved me $80. My only concern was that the faucet had water stains on it, as if it may have been used. Now that the faucet is installed, I am happy with the purchase. Next time I need to buy, I would consider if I'm willing to take a used item being sold as new.

One of the boxes for my purchase (shower control and trim) still has not arrived. I receive the bulk of the shipment nearly 2 weeks ago.
