I just purchased 2 Takagi tankless water heaters from them TK3-OS and TK-Jr). The lowest prices I could find on the web...even my plumber was pleasantly surprised to the point where he asked me to order a Junior (TK-jr) for him. I had to call to check availability though. The TK3-Os was in stock, but the junior had to be transferred to the CA warehouse to be shipped. I selected free ground shipping for both. Lady on the phone mentioned that my TK3 would be shipped same day and that it would take 2 business days to arrive (They have a warehouse in Commerce CA). The lady also mentioned that the items on back-order would be delayed by 1-2 more days because they had to be transferred from another warehouse.
My TK3 was delivered today by Fedex (They provide a tracking number as soon as they ship). It was brand new, unopened, the documentation was there and most of all the package was delivered on time as promised. The TKjr is on its way and should be delivered tomorrow Saturday.
Very good experience so far. The plumber will tell if the heaters actually work :+) I'm sure they do.
I will definitely order again. I need to purchase a sink and faucets.
