We shopped different stores and also a couple of online companies. We had a very good experience dealing with FastFloors.com. We ordered over $7,000. worth of wood flooring. It was exactly what we ordered and it was delivered on time. One thing that help us decide was the fact that the other two companies we shopped at, ifloors and internet floors both went out of business. We researched fastfloors.com and found they've been in business for almost thirty years. We also called and spoke to one of the owners which was a huge plus. We asked the owner Tony about the few negative reviews listed online. He told us something that made sense. In most cases the only people that end up rating them online are the few they can't satisfy and that all the satisfied ones usually don't take the time to rate them. We're taking the time since they did such a good job for us. We would highly recommend them and if you have any doubts I'd suggest simply calling them on the phone.

The product I ordered was a quality product. I've used it before. It was shipped before I could cancell the order. Read very carefully the fine print on their website and yahoo merchant website. I was unable to resolve a problem with shipping charges that ended up being so high they negated the savings I would have received. I was charged $57.65 for cancelling a $139.77 order which included their shipping charges. Calls to them prior to this charge against my charge card were unfruitful. I have purchased and sold goods on the internet for ten years without any serious probllem until now.

Ordered 500 sq ft of Kahrs Linnea wood flooring and 2 reducer strips. Reducer strips arrived first, wrong color. Notified FastFloors.com and they immediately issued a refund for the incorrect product. Didn't even have to hassle with sending it back. Flooring arrived, correct color, perfect condition. Would absolutely do business with them again and recommend them to everyone.

BUYER BEWARE!
They sent out cupped and warped hardwood flooring and will not stand behind it. Also, I mailed in my rebate form, invoice & delivery receipt on Sept. 6. On Dec.1 still no word, so I emailed them for a status. They claim the invoice and delivery receipt were missing and now it's too late. This is a conveniently LIE! They do not stand behind the defective material they send out and they make up lies to not pay the rebates promised. Plus I found the same item cheaper on 3 differant websites and they would not even match the price. So much for their 110% price guarantee. I am stuck with 8 boxes of unusable wood, no rebate and not even a good price, afterall....Dec. 8th: After daily status inquries, I have been emailed by a manager who is working on the rebate problem. |

Bad experience and bad feeling from this outfit. I ordered a "free sample" tile back in May of this year. My credit card was charged $6.50 for shipping. I NEVER RECEIVED THE TILE. I made numerous phone calls (and usually just got an automated menu and voice mail), and numerous e-mails, all with NO response. One day I actually did get a real person on the phone. When he explained the situation, he more or less accused me of "trying to pull a fast one" and demanded that I SEND HIM proof that I had been charged for this tile! (Geez, don't they have records?????) Finally I convinced him to JUST SEND ME ANOTHER TILE, and he assured he would. He called several days later to see if I had received the tile (I had not). I STILL haven't received my overnighted tile, and that was nearly 2 weeks ago. If they can't even track a package, I sure am not going to buy $10,000 worth of ceramic tile from them. I would at least like a refund of my $6.50 for my FREE TILE that I never got!!!!

It annoys me to have take time out of my day to respond to fraudulent negative posts on these types of ratings boards but it appears I dont have a choice. FastFloors.com has been in the industry for over 25 years. We have an entire staff, not one or two employees, dedicated to complete customer satisfaction. While it would be impossible to please everyone all of the time, we sure try as hard as we can to do so. If we did a horrible job, we would not be here and we would not carry such a good reputation. I did some comparison shopping between Home Depot, Lowes, and some various local and internet floor companies. Found the best price through Fast Floors. The sales person was polite and knowledgable, and even offered to send me free samples at no extra cost. I knew exactly what I wanted before hand, and he helped me calculate the exact amount of product I needed. Was a bit disappointed I had to wait a few days for delivery, but the price savings by ordering online more than made up for it. Will order from again.

I have not ordered from Fast Floors online store but by doing some research, I can tell you that some of the reviews on here are fraudulent; the authors have only reviewed this service and one other service known as "magsforless".
Magsforless is a site known to scam customers of their money by never sending the subscriptions or refunding the orders. It seems highly suspicious that some of the reviewers here who claim that this service is excellent also claim that the other site is good as well. Someone is most likely just falsely creating accounts to boost up the ratings on these two service sites. |

The quality of the flooring was great and I got my order 2 days earlier than I expected. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a great price and quality.

This store is AMAZING. Nothing short. The sales rep sent free samples straight to my house, no shipping or handling. I had a few questions which I sent via email, and I got a reply within 2 minutes. The majority of their prices are extremely low,and for the great quality of the floor and the price, not to mention the service, I will refloor my whole house with them!

I placed an order for flooring complete with credit card info. Three days later I was told this flooring was backordered and would be available in 3-5 weeks and would I like to still like to place the order. I said yes. After eight more days I was called and told that if I wanted this flooring I would have to pay a higher price (36% HIGHER)!!! I feel a merchant should honor the price current WHEN THE ORDER WAS PLACED, even if this means a higher cost to the merchant. It just good business.

Overall I'm happy with my experience with Fastfloors. Delivery took a little longer than I thought. Was supposed to be 7-10 days. Was actually 15 days. Wood was as promised. I was disappointed with their low price guarantee. I found the floor for .30 less per square foot on another website, and they wouldn't match it. However, they had already matched a previous website's price, so I let it go. We bought a large quantity, and we paid half as much as we would have in a store locally.
