My husband and I spent over four months shopping for both cork floors and porcelain tile for our whole house. We wanted certain colors and wanted good quality but we were coming up short on the budget. I honestly never thought about looking for floors on the Internet until one of my neighbors mentioned the fastfloors web site. We found good articles on their site and also were able to save quotes and compare the costs for doing certain rooms with different flooring products. We placed the order in February and everything was delivered about two weeks later. We did have one broken box of tile that got smashed during shipping but fastfloors sent out a replacement within four days. I have to say I was a little worried at first making such a large purchase online but they did a better job than a local store we purchased from two years ago. Anything we needed we just called and they handled it. I think the one thing we appreciated the most was the fact that they had such a huge selection and didn't try to steer us in any direction, instead they just helped us make a decision. When we bought some wood floors two years ago from a local store they sort of pushed us into something we now regret buying and installing. We will tell our family and friends about fastfloors and would recommend them to anyone. We are actually getting ready to buy three area rugs from them next week. Just as a reference we dealt with a representative named Denise. She was extremely helpful and really knew what she was talking about. Thanks again guys!
